KFC and Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saipan

Workers were rude. Customer service is so slow because of the woman cashier and the man giving us our food. The cashier would keep making me repeat my order but I saw someone who was farther away from her be able to have their order inputted without repeating themselves. She takes forever to finish up an order. When I went to the man handing us our food to get my drink he went “mhm and then” and so I said I’m waiting for my drink and he said “and what.” He then asked the other cashier (different lady) if I did order a drink and she said yes, she just forgot to tell him. I want to publicly thank Jess, the supervisor, and the rest of the staff for saving our daughter's school birthday party. We'd banked on getting some pizza for the kids but everywhere we called or visited refused to start making pizza until 11 which was going to be too late. We were kinda panicked as we were running out of time, but when we went to KFC, Jess directed us to the kids' meal and all the staff jumped in to whip them up ASAP. We waited in line during lunch rush and they only had 1 cashier in the line. A line started to form on the closed register and they tried to cut in the line we were in. I told cashier that she can't entertain them as they knew that register was closed. She told me that they were there a long time. I explained that they knew that register was closed so they would have to go to back of line was we were also waiting. The cashier agreed and asked them to go to back of line.
