McDonald's — Restaurant in Suwanee

I was there today with my to grandkids and my 92 year mother in law, waited in line to order when manger came out and to me to order at kiosk, but took the old lady in front one. I was fine with that until others came in who were younger then me and he took all there orders, had to get a table # that were behind the counter, not easy to get and needed to complete my order. My number was called got up and went to pick up order, when I did to the manger I will take it did not want over work him! Got to table and was missing a happy meal went back and Manager informed me it was being worked on very rudely! Finally got it and when going to fill my drink, manger once again taking orders not sending them to kiosk like did me, I made a comment about it . While walking back to my seat Manager asked me to leave, I told him I would when we finished our lunch! He then said he was calling the police on me, I told him to do what he needs to do! A little while later the police show up Manager meets them in the parking lot, then comes in to store to me , police told me that they have to ask me to leave, I said I would after my kids finished their lunch! Officers said they are sorry but I need to go now! I packed up tray put on counter, got my kids together and helped my 92 year mother in law to the car! As I was leaving the police officers asked I had my receipt to put in a complaint. I most surely word I informed them! I then had to explain to the kids and MIL why we were asked to leave we did nothing wrong! Is this really the McDonald’s you want to your family to??? I will never go back to Mc...

If it wasn’t bad enough that I had to wait more than five minutes for someone to come to the register because they treat you as if you should only be ordering on the kiosk or an app. Problem with that theory is you can’t pay with a gift card on the app and several options for customizing is not available such as I did not want mustard or ketchup, but wanted big Mac sauce on my burger. I finally get a very nice young lady to take my order as I wanted it, but she charged me $.20 extra for big Mac sauce and charged me $.20 extra for a drink that I did not ask for a larger size on my meal. To add insult to injury, when I got my food, I did not get the big Mac sauce that I had to pay extra for, but they decided I didn’t need the onions or pickles either! I got a completely plain burger! Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I got home because I did not eat it there. The only reason I gave them three stars is because the food actually tasted fresh even though I took it home. I know this sounds frivolous given that it’s McDonald’s, but not taking orders at the register really anymore, and charging you for every little bit and still...

This was my home McDonald’s location every morning. I’ll go and get breakfast. I would receive great service with a smile on its face, but for the past few visits there, the gentleman that works early in the morning has seems to have gone from being very cheery to giving off some terrible customer service after ordering breakfast there I had circled around to ask for a couple packs of syrup and this gentleman said absolutely not When asking him what exactly he said the first time he raised his voice and said no sir I get that. We can’t give extra condiments to our hard-working morning people but if you’re miserable, I highly request not working miserable. Will take a break for yourself at 5 o’clock in the morning cause You can’t handle the mornings consistency, and you lack the stamina to continue...
