In one word: AMAZINg!! I don’t normally write reviews, especially not long ones but here we go: I go try coffee all over, it’s truly one of my favorite things to do. With that being said, that specific day I was looking for somewhere near by.. I didn’t have time to drive to Providence or New Bedford. I see on my Google Maps “Rea’s Cafe”. I am not sure how I missed in in the past trying to find new places to try. I have tried everywhere around here and never truly got what I was looking for. I get an iced honey latte with oat milk and it’s usually either honey syrup, or the oat milk is so watery, it doesn’t give the effect of a latte. Well here, it was exactlyyy what I wanted. Also, for the vegans or people with dairy intolerance, there is vegan cream cheese! It’s delicious! So, first thing: I walk in and was honestly blown away with the creativity in this place. Every single thing in there was so intentionally placed… the plants make you feel at home, the games make you feel like you can sit and just enjoy yourself and not feel rushed to leave, the seats are placed in a way that if you are just on a little date you can get cozy in a corner or if you are with friends there is a bigger table or couch to sit at. Honestly, I can’t say enough about this place. The service was amazing. What I find I run into so often is people that truly just seem like it’s an inconvenience to take my order or whatever it may be. This place everyone did their job, with a smile on their face. The owners are the sweetest so honestly I can see why the vibe there was just authentically happy. If I had the money I would be there every morning before work and every single day off!! I will be a customer for as long as they are around no...
Read moreI thought I would try this new place in Swansea Mass. I use to see this sign in a parking lot that said Rea's, and I was wondering what it was. I began to see it pop up on social media forums such as Facebook, etc. So, my sister and I came to try it out. I was impressed when I walked in, because prior of what the building use to be was it was a burrito place, and prior to that it was a weiner joint. The atmosphere was very zen like with plant, and art decor. I did have my heart set on having a hot beverage like a hot coffee, but to my surprise the cold brew did not disappoint me. I ordered the no sugar salted caramel with oat milk, and a lemon cookie. The coffee was strong, which is the way I like it. My sister ordered the pumpkin chai with a birthday cake cookie. They also sell other merchandise like stationary, and art. My sister bought a card there. For a quaint stop in for a solid cup of cold brew I truly recommend coming here. Next time we come in, I will have to try other things in...
Read moreWe stopped here for coffee, didn't plan to stay long. The atmosphere inside was so relaxing we ended up sticking around to eat delicious breakfast sandwiches. What sets this place apart is the greenery - the inside is meticulously decorated with plants. Sat on the couch in the morning sun, surrounded by beautiful plants, and enjoyed every bite. The employees were very nice and accommodating some special requests we made. They noticed our interest in one of the plants and sent us home with some seeds! We decided to take out lunch and some dessert (a cookie and cinnamon roll), all of which were delicious. Bathroom was very clean. If I have one gripe, it's that the menu is dominated by cold brew. I love cold brew, but on a freezing Massachusetts winter morning more hot options...
