Where to even beginā¦
Word of mouth brought me to Pamās Place. We got some pretty standard take out (pizza, salads, etc) and made a few requests due to alleries. No onions in the salad. No peppers. Pretty standard.
Every single item was wrong. Everything was covered in peppers and onions. We hadnāt noticed until we got home and sat down for dinner.
We called and spoke to Dave who was belligerent and rude. āWell what do you want me to do about it? We are absolutely slammed right nowā Normally we would accept remade food, but since we live a fair distance away we asked for a refund. āAbsolutely not. I will not refund it. Iāll remake it and thatās itā. We explained we wouldnāt be driving back out and Dave said āperfectā and hung up on us.
Dave, your customer service is awful. Your food is awful. You are awful. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Absolutely disgusted with...

I got the pizza and it was a personal pizza. Also the cheese on the breadsticks werenāt even melted. I went and told him and waited another 20 minutes. We kept the personal pizza and because of the pandemic he couldnāt take it back. So finally he gave us the other pizza everything at full price. No discount at all. So i have the pizza in the passenger seat until I get home. I look at the pizza and it was so burnt you couldnāt even see the yellow of the cheese. At this point I was done with paying full price for more pizza. I will never go back...

(I added up the menu prices and ADDED taxes, total was 31.65) Called back to give them the card information, and she gave me a total of $41.24 and also stated that they would add an additional 4% processing fee on top of everything. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous to take advantage of the situation at hand. I guess bringing your business to them isnt good enough, Take 5 extra minutes to go someplace else.
