KFC — Restaurant in Swartz Creek

I placed an order on the app while in the store at 12:20ish PM and so did my brother in law. We got the meal that had 2 sandwiches, 4 tenders, 2 sides and 2 Drinks. We waited inside the restaurant for over AN HOUR AND A HALF on our meals. We were told it should be ready at 12:35 on the app and at 12:50 we asked where our food was. We were told the chicken would be another 10 mins for the tenders and the sandwiches for both orders. After 10 mins we were told another 2 mins, and 15 mins later another 2 mins. Once I told them I no longer wanted the tenders or sandwiches I just wanted a bucket equal to what I ordered, she asked what I wanted, went to get it and took another 5 mins and brought me and my brother our original meals with the sandwiches and tenders. AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR OUR MEALS IS RIDICULES. There was only one girl coming out to run orders an do the counter while the other employees twiddled there thumbs in the back, I can only assume. We also were not the only ones waiting, 3 other people came in for orders and had to wait over 25ish mins each. There is a reason the dinning room was empty, oh and the lights randomly shut off? We were told that was normal for them to do that. We had 3 children under 3, one being an infant with us getting fussy and restless because they were hungry. But don't worry, they made sure their drive thru was taken care of and had time to give their employees SMOKE BREAKS! If the food wasn't ready or available, It would have been nice to tell us seeing were were there for AN HOUR AND A HALF of our day in the restaurant. They also had a note on the counter that read NO REFUNDS WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. I don't know how the heck you can make it right when you couldn't do it right the first time. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I have to at least give one star to leave a review letting people know not to go here. DO NOT was your time here. Our whole day was wasted away just sitting...

I ordered a pot pie and they advised me that they were all out of fresh ones and they take 20 minutes to cook therefore I decided that I’ll get one later. When I returned I ordered two pot pies, after paying at the drive thru window they suggested another item because they had burnt the pot pies. I said no thank you I don’t eat anything from here but pot pies and requested a refund. The cashier said, “ well they aren’t that bad". I said, “no thank you ma’am I would like a refund. She said, “we don’t give out refunds we only replace items." Again no thank you ma’am I never received an item so it should be difficult to refund me.” She closed the window came back 5minutes later and said, “pull around to the front and I’ll bring you out fresh pot pies.” I pulled around and before I could park I see the cashier walking out with my food. Once she handed me the bag she said, “they were coming out of the oven” I replied, “okay because that was quick!” Once I arrived home I realized that they must have given me the burnt pot pies previously discuss because these look like cardboard(see photo). I called and asked, "did you give me the pot pies you told me were burnt? She replied, “yeah because we didn’t have anymore!” You can come back tomorrow because we ain’t got no more tonight!” I felt like I donated my money to them because I will not be returning. Thanks for nothing KFC Swartz Creek! I paid $58 for a nasty bowl of the worst assortment of dried out chicken! I got the original 16 pc family meal and added an extra large fry to the order for my kids to share on the way home just to hold them over. I pulled up to the window and the lady said it's going to be able minute wait on your side of Mac n cheese, so you want to wait or substitute it for something else? I said I would wait. I go around to the parking lot to wait and about 15 minutes later they bring me my food. They forgot the fries. The lobby is closed so I pull thru the drive thru again and nobody answers me at the speaker while I wait for 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting so I pull up to the window and I can't see anyone so I had to knock on the window. I tell them I didn't get my order of fries and they say "oh we threw out all the fries, would you like a refund or something else?" I said mashed potatoes and they said ok we will give you a cake for the mess up. I said ok thank you! We get home and I start going through the bucket of chicken to get my kids plates ready and I got 3 drumsticks, 1 thigh and the rest was little pieces with barely any meat and the thigh was so dry and nasty!! I'm sure the thigh had been sitting for a while! Complete waste of my money!...
