Hi, I’m leaving a review regarding the Cinnabon delights. My friend had placed an online order at the elms road Taco Bell in Swartz creek. We had drove there to get our meal which they recited over the com exactly what we had ordered online. We get back home and realize they never gave us A 12 PACK OF CINNABON DELIGHTS. Which cost almost 8 dollars. I had called up there after realizing they forgot them. The lady on the phone asked if I was coming back tonight which I said yes. My boyfriend and I drove ALL THE WAY BACK to realize the drive thru was 7 cars deep. I called again and asked the lady if I could grab them at the lobby but told me the lobby closed at 10 which it was a little over midnight. My boyfriend then called up and asked if there was anyway we could get them without having to wait god knows how long in line. The lady said “because it’s through a 3rd party our friend would have to dispute the order on the online app.” I shouldn’t have to wait in line when the Taco Bell employees get the order wrong. Read moreStuck in drive thru ATM because it's designed so you can't exit and there is a long line. 11:17 AM I arrive. 10:56 AM called en route to ask if I could place breakfast order that I was 22 min away but on my way and really wanted TB breakfast. Helen the manager said she would hold it for me and said goodbye without taking my order so I stupidly assumed she would just keep breakfast open. Arrive and am told that they stop serving breakfast at 11 am, I know that's why I called to place an order granted my order wasn't taken but having worked fast food I figured Helen knew how to keep the breakfast station open long enough to take my order when I got there. So I went out of my way as my destination for morning was Swartz creek Meijer, to get TB, called ahead, wasn't served when I got there and had to go through the horrible parking lot to the store for nothing. Read moreI placed my order thru drive-thru, first of they messed my drink order up! They didn't give me my receipt or napkins! I didn't discover the drink was incorrect until I was driving away. So I drove back thru drive-thru to get that corrected, got a wrong drink again!!! I tried to check my order before I left but someone was behind me and the food was all poorly wrapped, so I couldn't tell that I was missing (4 items)! Got home and called SEVERAL times and it would just ring until it hung up! FINALLY someone answered and they said come up to get the rest of my order! Then when I got there the girl was rude to me and said that they don't give receipts unless asked for and then closed the window when I was still talking (I was being very polite) so I sat there until she finally opened the window again, she was extremely rude to me and again closed the window in my face!
