Well I don’t eat out often and was going to get lunch for my husband and I. Tried using the app when I went in and asked for help I was told no I only know how to redeem and add points . I said oh ok I’ll try again sat down and I stated how it’s sad that noone can help navigate the app that it isn’t very good customer service. The young lady came unglued . No wheat bread on a Thursday afternoon when they close at 10pm? The guy who started off my order was very professional and attentive. When it came to the second guy who made my 6 inch sub and kid size sub, he was pretty inconsiderate of the cross contamination hazard. He was going back and forth between two foot long to go orders and preparing my 6 inch / kids size sub I ordered. Same knife, same gloves.
