Gary's Putter Golf & Jiffy Pup Restaurant — Restaurant in Sweden Township

I spent an awesome afternoon at Gary’s with my family and friends and we enjoyed it immensely. It really is a lovely place, and more than just mini golf. They have put a lot of thought and care into the place and keep it up well. The mini golf is great with 27 holes, it is tastefully designed with various old mining themes, and places in the shade to sit a few minutes for those of us who need that. There is also gem mining for the young ones, and the paddle boats on the pond and feeding the fish and ducks is enjoyable for all ages. For those who like a thrill they have a zip line from up the hill a bit to down over the pond. They also have an order at counter restaurant, and lots of flavors of ice cream, and indoor or outdoor seating. There is also a gift shop with t-shirts and souvenirs. I have made many many many great memories here with my family. One of my favorite things to do as a kid was to come over here with my dad when I came to visit him on the weekends.

They have intricate and worthwhile course greens versus other places I see downstate where I live now. I have never been to a better laid out course. It's fun, it's a story, and it actually is enjoyable.

They have added many new things to do since I was a little girl- among them gem mining. We tried it and it was so fun. I still enjoy feeding the ducks and fish, sitting and watching them and other people paddle boat on the pond. I love getting ice cream and relaxing at JP.

This place is quite an experience. It has all been handcrafted and engineered by a local legend by the name of Gary. He also has help from his family, but this is truly a one of a kind and unique experience that you can only experience at this golf course. A lot of care and love went into the crafting of this miniature golf course. The golf course is actually a lot of fun I've played it several times and always find some goofy shots to attempt.
