Was fast and easy to order. You go in, go up to the window to order and then when it's ready you hear your order number called up and go grab it to take to your table. Self serve fountain drinks and teas. Self serve cutlery etc. Roll of paper towels are at every table as it can be messing eating. The plates are throw away when finished. Cups are fountain drink style and you can take to go or throw away when finished. Might be a little more difficult if in a wheelchair to go to this location. The doors are not automatic and so a more handicapped diner would possibly need more assistance or call them ahead of time to request assistance at a designated time when wanting to eat there. I did not need the restroom and do not have details on those facilities. Family friendly with high chairs but uncertain if there's changing tables in the bathrooms. Various seating areas and style seating was available. They might have outdoor seating available in the summer but I did not inquire. It's very informal and easy going atmosphere. Very enjoyable laid back rustic BBQ and the food is delicious! I had the pulled brisket sandwich 1 meat plate order with a medium drink. I ordered a side of potato salad (it's a yellow mustard potato salad that is pre-mixed and so inquiring about allergy ingredients might be more difficult if necessary). They offer multiple meats for your choices and you can even get a variety meat plate to try them all! There were ribs on the menu as well. All of us really enjoyed our meals and thought we would very much enjoy going back soon. The prices were good and service friendly. This was my first time visiting (drving through) Texas. My fiancée is a long haul over the road truck driver and we both wanted a good home cooked feel bbq lunch and what better place than Texas. I found this place on google maps and read the reviews and even searched online for reviews and based on the reviews we decided to check it out. Without a doubt an excellent choice we made. Parking was trucker friendly during the time we went at noon. I wasn't expecting it to be an order at the window and find your own seat but I actually really liked the atmosphere. The time from ordering to getting our food was very quick. We actually ordered the same thing. BBQ pulled pork and cole slaw. AMAZING!!!!!! Plus I have to rave about the sweet tea. It is so hard to get real good sweet tea anywhere. Yeah this stuff was real good. I am 7 months pregnant and the food was so mouth watering delish that even my little peanut enjoyed it. Full of flavor!!! I had the 2 meat plate with Beef brisket & smoked turkey... potato salad & coleslaw & cornbread.... everything was fresh & the meat was tender almost like butter.... not over seasoned nor under & slight smoke flavor... meat wasn’t hard around the edges like some other places... I think the portions are really good for the price, I only paid $10 & some change... the cornbread was also excellent & the sugar didn’t overpower the taste! In fact I didn’t need any butter to go on it since the bread was moist... also the house BBQ sauce perfect not too sugary at all... the restaurant was spotless & when u enter the skulls & skins kinda startled me at first tho... lol...
