Quench It! Soda — Restaurant in Syracuse

I went to this location today and the service was terrible. I pulled up the window and the boy with curly hair just stared at me for a good 30 seconds and didn’t say a word. I said “can I get” and he interrupted me saying “well what’s your number” so I told him and then started ordering. I said “can I get a 32 oz poolside with half sprite and half lemonade” then he stared at me again and said “32 or 44” so I said “32” then he said “with?” I had no idea what he was talking about so I said “What do you mean with” and he stared at me again. So I said with lemonade and half sprite. Then he asked for anything else. So I said I wanted a Dr Pepper with coconut cream. He then asked for payment. Then he hands me a Dr Pepper with coconut so I said “I asked for coconut cream” he rudely takes the drink back. Then hands me the poolside with no Powerade even tho the sticker had Powerade on it, so I said “this was supposed to have Powerade too” then a girl in the back peaks at the window and glares at me. I was trying to be patient with them but holy cow they were rude and terrible to me. My order wasn’t complex. They’ve gotten my poolside drink wrong the last 3 times I’ve gone there. I even worked at swig and it’s not that hard to read the stickers and be nice to customers and to get the order right the first time. Quench it is started to...

I would if put one star but the drink is good so I put two. The reason I wanted to put one star is because I bring my sodas home and put it in my mug to keep it colder longer. My mug is a 40oz mug. I always get a 44 oz drink and usually when I pour my drink into the mug it don’t all fit so I put rest in fridge and top my drink off after drinking some. This time I poured it into my mug and it was about 3 inches from top. So it was more like 36 oz drink. The other soda place I go to always is 44oz but is closed Sundays I started going here because sundays only other soda place is fizz and they are double the price and alway screw up my drink. I’ll give them another try and hope management read this and brings it to attention to the employees and fixes it because I do like the drinks and also cookies. But when I pay for 44oz I expect to get 44oz if it was like a ounce, ounce in half I could get over it but to my 8 oz is decent amount specially when that’s...

Omg guys... If you haven't yet, go check out Quench It Soda in Syracuse Ut. Its across from Syracuse High kinda tucked back in a little way, so you have to look to see it. We went last week to try it for the first time and we were both surprisingly very pleased, So we decided to go again. They have alot of soda options, they also have quite alot of the fruit flavoring options, Multiple cream options as well. Price is fair, 44oz is the largest and you can get with the base price being $2.50 + syrup and cream ect... add ons. They have a drive thru for those that dont want to go inside, but If you do they have a cute bench in front of a grassy looking backdrop and a light up neon sign to take pictures.
