The Crepery in Syracuse Overall, a fairly disappointing experience. We walked in and there were two tables taken. We thought it’d be busier for Valentine’s Day breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised—-at first. I was the only person in line and I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the one and only worker working today. She said “give me a minute”. Turns out she was making some large orders for people that preordered online or something. I watched her make over a dozen crepes for people that weren’t even in the store. Then one by one, people started coming in to pick up their orders. Again, I was being ignored while she focused on these to-go orders. In the meantime, two more people walked in and got in line behind me, also ignored. Finally, after 15-20 minutes of standing in line, she took my order. She then told me it would take another 15-20 minutes to make our two crepes. Disappointing. We sat there at a table as one by one, more and more people came in to pick up their to-go orders. We didn’t realize that was the name-of-the-game for this place. Order online, or wait ~45 minutes to even get your food, despite being the only ones in the restaurant. I want to emphasize here though that I don’t think it was entirely the workers fault. It appears that whoever is in charge of scheduling only scheduled one person to work on a busy, holiday morning. Seems like a huge oversight and a lack of professionalism on their part. When I took this picture of the individuals waiting for food, each and everyone one of us had been waiting over 20 minutes for food to come out. Verrrrry frustrating. One of the door dash guys finally got his food (only one crepe, it looked like) and then waited another 10 minutes for a coffee. After he left, she finally got to the register to take the order of a dine-in couple. She told them that the wait for their food was now 25-30 minutes. This was after they waited that long in line. The food, overall, was good. We enjoyed it. It just wasn’t worth waiting ~45 minutes for. TL;DR - only one worker was working, the wait was exceptionally long. I don’t blame the worker at all. We felt bad for her. The...

We have eaten at the Crapery 5 times in the past 6 days. The first visit was delicious. Fast friendly service and the crepes were beautifully presented and delicious! I only took photos the first night. We ordered nutifruity and strawberry crunch.

We went back the next evening with our kiddos and ordered 3 nutifruities and a strawberry crunch. Apparently our order was forgotten about. We waited 50 minutes before someone asked if we got our food. We needed up being there 30 mins past closing. She was friendly and offered a fountain drink to go. When we got home the crepes were folded up small and squished and not many ingredients. Strawberries were transparent and mushy almost like they were cut a few days earlier.

Yep, went back again for brunch the next morning. Ordered 6 crepes. Amazing service and all beautiful and consistent like the first visit.

Went back again tonight and got our crepes to go. When I got home I discovered the nutifruity had a beautiful presentation but was covered with chocolate syrup on top Instead of Nutella and the strawberries were mushy again. I couldn’t choke this one down.

We went to support local and have been so excited for them to open. The service and product is very inconsistent. I hope they can improve this. I’m not giving it another try for a while. Spending $20-$65 each trip is a gamble for the inconsistency.

Cute restaurant and vibe. I’m giving a 1 star for customer service because I have not been greeted or had eye contact made one time. I awkwardly wait at the register waiting for someone to acknowledge me.

I hope these comments can help you make necessary changes to be...

My wife had a hankering for crepes, so we gave this place a shot. They offer a variety of both savory and sweet crepes. The crepes are delicious. At our table, we tried several different varieties, and all were great. All the crepes have creative names and accurate descriptions on the menu. A few of us had coffee as well. They don't do coffee well. One of the iced coffees had lots and lots of grinds in it. My hot white chocolate latte was barely warm and was just short on flavor. The kid running the counter was a little unorganized but very eager to help. We had to remind him we were missing 1 coffee, and this did not surprise him, but he happily and quickly jumped right on it, just like you would hope he'd do. An interesting feature of the place is that on the walls, they have plant starts in water tubes. I'm not sure they are delivering on the visual they had hoped for because several of them had a mossy kind of build-up on them. I'm not a "plant guy," so maybe that is the best you can expect, but I don't think the visual is landing. I'm kind of rambling.. long story, short: go here for great savory and sweet crepes.. they really do a good job on those. I'd skip the coffee and other fancy drinks. 5 star crepes. 1 star coffee. 3 star service...
