The absolute BEST balloon set ups around!! We have gotten a couple designs from her for our kids birthday parties and we were blown away each time!! They were perfect for the theme, she was so easy to work with, and was BEYOND flexible! We had to change party dates and pick up times a few times and she was more than willing to move around with us to make things work!! If you are looking for someone who puts a lot of effort, creativity, and care into a balloon setup, then Cece is the ABSOLUTE best person to go with!! I won’t go anywhere else!! 10000/10

I cannot recommend Gorgeous and Glorious Balloons enough! The arrangement they did for my daughter's 2nd birthday was absolutely stunning. From the moment I contacted Cecilia, her customer service was top-notch. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all of my requests.

The balloons themselves were truly gorgeous and added such a magical touch to the party. The colors were vibrant and the arrangements were expertly done. It was evident that they put a lot of thought and care into creating a beautiful display that perfectly matched the theme of the party.
