I wasn’t expecting this to rival my fave pho place but it surpassed it for me. Or maybe I drank a little too much Tito’s? But we had the #12 minus the tripe and subbed with meatballs. Thee softest texture and delish tasting meatballs I’ve ever experienced! And it’s my thing! So much meat with rare beef, brisket, tendons and meatball I was feeling the protein! Only thing missing was the lime and i didn’t even notice. That’s how good this was. The pork chops were thin and perfectly cooked. Tender and juicy and I used the lettuce wrap with the pickled radish and carrots and dipped it in the fish sauce and I just was in Heaven! The rice was perfect but I am watching the carbs so it was a nice alternative! I was so happy even though I lost in the casino last night. Great meal to end the night of fun! FYI, there are American options here too!!

The dining offerings at this casino leave much to be desired. The Riverbank is okay. They forgot to put cheese on my cheeseburger. They left tails on the pad Thai prawns. The cod for the fish n chips with the seafood platter tastes fresh and delicious, not previously frozen. Overall, food was acceptable, not great, but thankfully not way overpriced. Also, not a great deal either. I would pay twice as much for the opportunity for a good casino style buffet option! The wait for Puyalapabs was 40 min. It's a little odd there are 2 restaurants with Asian food and salads. It's like the Riverbank has some of the food from Puyalapabs and some from the Deli, and add a few pasta dishes. Anyway, it's a place to eat inside the casino but definitely not a destination restaurant.

After a few hours at the slots, we decided to try our culinary luck at the River Express in the EQC. If you come before 4:00 p.m. ( which we did), the only menu available is the Asian menu. Since we were okay with that AND starving, we went in. Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Cold Beef Noodles with egg roll. My teriyaki was fairly decent but didn't make my taste buds sing... My companion really liked the noodles, so I guess it's a mixed review here. I used my rewards points, so got a good discount which was appreciated. The waitress was very nice and attentive.

BRYAN:Rude Manager! JOSEPH: Most kind hostess I’ve met!

The most RUDE service I have ever had in my life from a MANAGER, Bryan!!!!! I’m pretty sure nothing is gonna be done at all because the manager was super cocky and gave an attitude like “idgaf you can’t touch me and can’t do anything” I don’t go to this casino to play, but I always go here for the food because I loved it. I felt so discriminated because I am brown and the manger is WHITE. He spoke down to me like I was nothing. I ordered a pad Thai and a side fry. They told me it’s gonna take 15 min, I waited for almost an hour for my order and asked about it. They weren’t even busy there was no line, no orders out like it was backed up, They told me they gave my order away accidentally and said they will make a fresh new one. I waited another 15 min and I followed up again, they never even started it!!!! The manager came out and I asked is there anyway you can compensate me for my time that was wasted? He said “no I can have them start up the pad Thai right now or I can refund you” and I told them I wasted almost an hour here. His exact words were “so you’re telling me you don’t have the time to wait for the order? You either get a refund or you can wait for the order” I told him I have my kids waiting at home and he disregarded everything I said and told me “so do you want the order or not?” I saw more than 5 workers from eqc get their food and didn’t even wait at all. I told the manger that and he gave a smirk and said “like I said it’s very simple, you can either wait for the food or get a refund”VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would highly suggest eating somewhere else because it is not worth it with that kind of service. The manger’s name is BRYAN. My family, friends, and I for sure will NEVER be dining here ever again or ordering to go!!! He could’ve handled it better and at least apologize or be more kind! I am a very understanding and kind person, but I will never let anyone slide disrespecting me and talking down on me!!!

On another note JOSEPH W. was super kind, respectful, communicative and tried to go above and beyond going back and forth checking on the order. I appreciate him so much for his service. I felt like a human being talking to him. Thank you so much JOSEPH W. For being so kind. Even he knew that I waited too long...

We ordered our food at 11:44pm, all I ordered was a pad thai and fries. They said it takes 15 minutes. The whole wait took over 45 minutes. Joseph first of all, did great. He kept following up with my other half. I was standing on the side the entire time.

However, things ONLY escalated when Brian (the supposed manager) came to my other half with the rudest demeanor and that vibe like he was “the man”. He gave me an ultimatum which was either get a refund or have it made. That’s fair, but the way he delivered his words and the fact that he seemed like he couldn’t wait and kept cutting her off was baffling. I worked in food and beverage for 3 years and customer service way longer. That is never how you treat a customer. Instead, Brian, the man, reiterate the issue and offer a solution. Don’t say things like “it’s simple” then make them choose. Listen and empathize.

You are definitely not going to see us go back there again, also, we definitely will be sure to let our Chamorro and Pinoy community know. This may not mean much to...

Came here with my boyfriend and his family to have dinner together while we’re down visiting; we’re in college flown out from TN. The evening started with a 20+minute wait in line to have our order taken, paid and sat to eat, mind you it wasn’t busy and there were only a few people ahead. The lady taking our order and seating us wasn’t very pleasant and her customer service wasn’t well mannered. The problems only seemed to continue from this point on. After we paid upwards of almost $100 to eat we get our food 30 minutes late. Where the food lacked wasn’t in my dinner entree - my chicken Pad Thai was good no problems with that. But the beef bowls that were ordered were absolutely terrible the steak was over cooked and chewy as well as the vegetables being over cooked. All in all I won’t be returning to this restaurant and it’s definitely not worth waiting...
