Good N Crisp Chicken — Restaurant in Taft

DONT BOTHER👎🏼 👎🏼 👎🏼 Disgusting attitude. FIRE THE THREE WOMEN WHO FLICKED US OFF...They were so rude! We're just traveling through from Port Aransas n needed dinner....we thought let's try GOOD N CRISP. Right away we noticed an Outdated non working drive thru that said pull around.....we ask what family special and the lady at the drive thru was rude cause she had to explain the family meals and sides. If you don't want us asking then fix your dang drive thru,,,So we get 15pc. Family meal , fries and macaroni...well guess what? Not only was she rude she didn't PUT OUR MACORONI FOR OUR GIRLS TO EAT....The fries were super bland and tasted like eating wet card board. WORST French Fries EVER...WORST Service EVER..the fried chicken was dry. The gravy was watered down and the only thing edible was a dang biscuit. We ask for plates since we're on the road bout to eat in the car and she tells us that they're 50cents EACH....poor girl must've needed some gas money...but we already PAID $49!!!! FOR. 15 pc mix and two sides n biscuits. WAAAY OVERPRICED FOR SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LESS THAN MEDIOCRE FOOD. so I asked for ketchup n she puts some in a bag and I walked back to the car...I look in and the walk up Lady only gave me 3 ketchup packets and three napkins FOR A 15 PIECE MIX FAMILY MEAL?? COME ON! They kept saying we just work here & were being condescending and so rude making silly comments, we walked out only to turn around and see both women at the walk up throw us the middle finger!! I have it on video and plan on posting it all over social media unless something's done about SUCH RUDE AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR TO PAYING CUSTOMERS....we left all disgusted and had to buy paper plates at the convenience store down the road only to find out the MACORONI MISSING!! Of course they couldn't even get that right. We went in on MONDAY AUG 5TH AT 6:37 IN CASE MANAGEMENT HAS THE CAJONES to let these D Broads go that are bad for business. JUST LOOK UP WHO WORKED or was scheduled THAT DAY. They have no business working a register or handling food. I plan on calling the health inspector too. I saw them touching their face and hair with no gloves or washing hands....the guy dropping the chicken gave no issues but these three strumpets were something else! NEVER AGAIN! I love good and crisp I eat it in calallen I also go to the one in ingleside but this one in Taft I have been to a couple of times and there was someone working the drive through that was awesome. Today was a different story. There was a short Latino woman and she was rude she gave me my food and shut the window before you can even ask for anything else napkins nothing. So I continue through the drive-thru and had to go inside and ask for napkins because they didn't give me any. She said well you didn't ask for any napkins. I'm sorry you didn't give me time before you shut the window on me. And you don't have to be rude like that because it's greasy chicken people need napkins unless you're just going to wipe it all over your shirt. The lady at the counter handing me the napkins was nice. But the lady working the drive-thru well she needs a little help with her attitude...

I went to this location to buy two tender dinners for our lunch break. When we opened the box we had no gravy in either meal. I called and spoke to the assistant manager. I asked if she was going to remake our meals because we are at work and we didn't get what we paid for. She said "no" that all we would be getting we as the gravy lol. Now what are we supposed to do with just a gravy. I am very unsatisfied I paid over $20 for two meals and we didn't even get what we paid for and we had to deal with a unprofessional asst manager.
