Calling the health department*READ THIS REVIEW AND SAVE YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY". my family and I were heading to Tampa via car and chose this as our trip food. When we got our food some of it smelled so rancid that we had to toss it. The others that smelled fine we split it among each other because it was a lot,50$ worth of food. We had 3 orders of the wings. Fries and Phillies. The food we did eat made us so iLL we had to make a pit stop and we couldn't stop violently puking. We called the 3rd party chow now and asked that they connect us with the store manager for a refund. The chow now associate called the manager 3 times and all three times the manager was cold and rude and said we need to come back to the store with the food if we wanted a refund. We were already about 35 -45 mins into our trip it would be crazy to turn all the way back around to return half eaten food for a refund. The chow now rep said the manager I think her name is Alicia or something like that was being stubborn and she begged the manager to speak with us but the manager refused. Now think about this before you buy the food. As a "manager " over a establishment why would you refuse to speak with a customer when I'm advising we got sick. It's because she knew that shi was foul. We should never eat from a place that don't have a website or direct contact info. I will be calling the health department on them. And for reference this isn't a money grab as the made it seem to the chow now rep.I work in corp My mom owns a business and my brother owns an auto body shop. The manager tried to treat us as If we just wanted money back and never acknowledged how the adults and children in the car equally got sick...

It's a good restaurant, wings I like the honey garlic pepper flavor, and the chicken Philly and tenders are good, that's all I've had, good location. Depending on what you get can cost a lot, the 10pc wings and small fries no drink is just $10 including tax so that's my go to and it's a good amount of food.

Update: October 21, 2020

So I was just in and looks like they changed the price of a 10pc with fries only, so now just the 10pc wings only is $10 including tax. But the 10pc with now a medium fries ( which I honestly thought the small size was actually a lot ) is I believe it said $10.89 or something I know it was $10 and some change before tax, so just be aware. But on another note I tried the shrimp and it's pretty good.

Still good and now they have boneless wings, I haven't tried them yet so don't know if they are a good option, cost did go up for everything now the 10pc traditional wings with fries is $15, the garlic parmesan is a new favorite, it's more of a dry rub vs a wet sauce. Honey bbq and honey lemon pepper are also good.

Everything still good, I've tried the boneless wings option and it's pretty good but I am more of a bone in wings fan myself so that will be my go to. I also see now they have the option to order ahead online, I never used it but when I do go in to order I see quit a few people getting online order pickup. I don't ever rate place negatively, but I promise will NEVER step foot in this place again. First, it was 85 degrees inside on a hot day, the bathrooms were fkng disgusting, but the main problem is the blatant prejudice I experienced. Everyone before me the "manager" opened the food, made sure it was correct and put special seasoning on their fries.
