This is the worst Restaurant in history! I went to order lunch today, waited for almost 30min at the speaker box, no one said anything. I pulled around to the window to only be greeted unprofessionally by a AA girl named “Susan” in which the manager “Lisa” gave me those made up names! I remained polite and asked if I could place an order only to be spoken to like a child. “Susan” says “WHAT YOU WANT?” And “regardless of if you order now you still gone have to wait cause we ain’t got no water” and I quote. I tell her ok, that’s fine I’ll order and park until it’s ready. She proceeds to slam the window shut with a very nasty attitude! I pulled around to park and walked inside to speak with the manager to let her know how I was just treated by her employee and to no avail she was just as worse as the employee! This woman was very rude, spoke to me as she continued to mop and says “Yea, I’ll talk to her and I am trying to run a restaurant” I then ask her for her name and she throws a fake name out along with a fake one for her employee! I tell her I will be calling corporate, she then says “I haven’t done anything, are you serious “ as if she had not just carried herself in the most unprofessional way and being extremely rude!!!! Never GO TO THIS PLACE! I’m currently awaiting a call back from corporate! They do not belong in customer service and the food is poor as well.

Read moreI was at the Orange Ave location in Tallahassee, Fl. yesterday at 7:18 p.m. I was a customer witnessing a very disturbing interaction between another customer and the manager Dominque. When the young lady went in to request her food, I believe she was either a nurse or someone in the medical field. Nevertheless, the manager asked how can I help you? The customer then said yes, I am here to pick up an order for Julianna, the manager then said in a derogatory and condescending manner "I'll let you know when it's ready!" The customer then asked do you know how long like 5 minutes, 10 minutes? She yelled out to the customer "I SAID I WILL LET YOU KNOW!" At this point the customer then said "Okay, well may I speak to the manager, because you are really being rude." I heard her yell at the customer "I AM THE MANAGER SO LIKE I SAID I'LL LET YOU KNOW!!" The customer then asked for a refund and that she didn't want the food. to please cancel my order. The manager then said I am not giving you a refund you can do that yourself on the app!. Moral of the story here is that as a manager one should treat people with courtesy and respect. It is disgraceful the display of disrespect and lack of professionalism the "Manager" portrayed here. I do not regularly write reviews, however, this behavior needs to be brought to someone's attention. I just re-located here and when I saw the restaurant I was happy because they are usually great for a lunch. I had been waiting for a while after paying for my meal and I was trying to get the woman's attention. After 3 tries I knocked on the window a little louder. She was so rude and without addressing me as to whether I wanted a refund. She told me she was going to refund me. What an attitude in this so called leader.
