Eastern Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I stopped for a quick meal on my trip. There was food on the table and chairs. They swept under my table as I was eating and started mopping with a pungent cleaner in the middle of my meal. The cleaner was so heavy I had trouble breathing and couldn't taste my food anymore. They had one to go order while I was there. An employee's child played a loud game at the table behind me. Not somewhere I'd stop again.

The lo mein tasted good though I couldn't detect the spiciness I'd requested. Wonton soup was OK. If it was nearby I might use them for takeout.

They're evidently experiencing some building difficulties. Two men started examining the cracked tiles under my table as I was eating. When using the bathroom I noticed a cute note asking not to flush toilet paper so I guess the plumbing is acting up as well.

I honestly wouldn't even give them 1star it is the worst chinese food I've ever eatten bland flavorless soggy and expensive the only good comment I can make is it didn't take them but mabey 5mins to make it but I guess what can I expect I wouldve rather waited an hour for good chinese than to even put that in my mouth paid almost $30 for 2 dinners got home took one bite and wanted to throw it straight in the trash I've eatten better chinese out of the frozen food section in walmart that is pathetic u guys better step up u game if u wanna be open much longer cause I know a five year old that cooks better than the food I got tonight very...

This place is called Eastern Chinese. I got food poisoning that put me in the hospital for 4 days. Almost killed me. The owner avoided my husbands phone calls. The girl at the counter was very concerned and very nice. We had been customers for years.Finally the owner gave us a phone number and name for his insurance. The owner went out and bought insurance a week after almost killing me with food poisoning and tried to get them to cover our expenses. Of course they wouldn't do that. Cost us $3,000 out of pocket, never mind what it did to my body.Eat here at your own risk. They don;t care...
