If I could give a "zero" rating I would. I went to this evening to the location in Southwood. I sat on the outside and waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited for a waiter/waitress to come to my table. This happened for about 15 minutes while I continually saw two black females back and forth outside assisting other guests even ones that sat down after me. I finally stopped the one waitress (according to my receipt her name is Caila) and asked was anyone going to assist me or did I need to take my business somewhere else. So took my order. I ordered 3 tacos, two hard and one soft. When Caila delivered my food, barely any cheese. I asked her if they put cheese on it, so she bought me a very small cup of cheese which was just enough for one taco but all three didn't have cheese and they didn't taste. I've ordered this many times at the North Monroe St location and it is a huge difference both in presentation and taste. I then asked her to bring me a BIG BOX so I can take my taco and chips with me. She brings me the small foil container and tells me that is what they give out. I then asked her what about customers that order for example, fajitas??? You expect them to put that in that small container? She then finally got me the other box which is what I told her from the beginning. This was my first and last time at this location. Read moreWe haven't eaten here in about a year (due to mistakes with food orders on 2 prior visits) BUT decided to give the restaurant a 2nd chance.......BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! The chicken in the chimichanga was so salty that was the only thing I could taste was SALT!! Half of the beans in the refried beans were only partial cooked and therefore crunchy......our dessert of churros was completely missing from our order......AND when husband asked for a receipt the response was "go online and print it up"!! REALLY?!?! Husband tried to explain that our home was destroyed in the May 10th tornados (had 3 trees come through our roof and we are currently living in a motel and have no access to a printer!!) But the person (believe it was a manager who refused to tell my husband who he was or his name) just yelled at my husband and told him to leave the restaurant OR he would call the police and have him arrested....WTH AND REALLY???!!!!! POOR POOR customer service and if you want poor customer service, poor quality food/dishes then this is your restaurant OTHERWISE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!! There is a great restaurant off Mahan Drive just past Weems Road that is much much better and the only reason we didn't go there tonight was all the road repaving that is currently happening on Mahan Drive......BAD choice on...
Read moreI ordered the Fajitas Master Parrillada Fajita as a pick up order. They handed me both my bags and I was on my way. I make my way home, unpack the bags... NO FAJITA WRAPS!!! So I call and tell them, they say, "we are sorry, we will have some ready when you get here." I drive all the way back, walk in and the waitress hands me 1 order of fajitas wrapped in foil, not in a bag, just the 1 order. So I ask, "isn't this meal for two? Is this the only set I get?" she goes back to the kitchen and brings be another set, not in a bag... Directly in hand again.... SERIOUSLY?!!! By the time I get back home, my food is cold!

There was no mistake on my part. I am aware the food does not come in the fajita wraps... I have had this meal several times. My complaint comes from the fact that your restaurant completely forgot to include my wraps with my food when they handed them too me. Then, when I returned to said restaurant, the waiter only gave me one set of wraps, directly in my hand, not in a bag.
