Hong Kong 2 — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I ordered delivery at 9:06 pm for crab rangoon, black pepper chicken combo plate and general tso's chicken combo plate. The location of my apartment complex from the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. They said delivery would take around 20-30min. At 9:45, I called to check on my delivery and was told that it had been dropped off already. I advised them that I didn't receive anything and that they would either have to remake my order or give me a refund. They said they would remake the order. At 10:15, I called to check on my food because I hadn't received it. The employee said they were trying to find a delivery driver and that they would call me back. At 10:38, I called again because I STILL hadn't gotten my food. The employee said the delivery driver was on the way. At 10:50, my food arrived and even though I gave the delivery driver specific instructions to the building, he still went to the wrong apartment and I had to wave him down. We ordered delivery last night. We got a text 30 minutes after we ordered stating that the order was canceled even though they already charged my card almost $50. We drove down there and waited for almost 30 minutes before being acknowledged. The lady then apologized and stated that the meal would be free and my card would be refunded being that the food was cold and had been sitting there for almost an hour. I called the next day to see where my refund was and the lady told me they only agreed to refund the delivery charge, which was a lie! Not only was the food not delivered but it was cold and we got food poisoning from it. Originally here picking up an order; door dashing with my love, of course!! We decided on returning after our deliveries were completed!! Food was amazing! Very quiet atmosphere! The restrooms are definitely one of the cleanest of all the fast food places I've seen on the Southwest side of Tallahassee!!! The dining room on the other hand sure could use some attention... But I understood the clutter being from their school aged children and homework assignments and such... Food had great flavor and was portioned enough to fill us up ...not just once, but twice ..each!! So, we got 4 meals "technically" ...
