I want to provide perspective to those like I was on the edge of going through this group off Monroe. They are very polite, and knowledgeable. I was given a quote for a stereo, back up camera, wiring and SiriusXM while retaining steering wheel controls and told to return in two weeks for scheduling. The price was to be 1,000$ before taxes. Best Buy said they could service me in two months... kid you not.

I went to Crutchfield online bought everything I needed even with a 350$ stereo and dvd receiver by pioneer, wire harnesses, SiriusXM and all and cost me 524$ after taxes and delivery and received it all in two days. I installed myself in just about two hours. Fully operational, car play and all for 500$ less.

I have no doubt they do an outstanding job but I highly doubt a 500$ difference than me just doing it myself and saving 500$. Seriously, go here if you want to pay for the service vs the product.

• In reply... hence why it is a personal perspective. And installation does not make you the best. But I do not disagree, your purpose is excellent. Just not twice the price. So again, I suggest go here if price is not the issue and quality service is what you desire. Go online if you have some level of skill and cannot see to paying in a similar fashion as I mentioned. Brittany & Jason are fantastic. From the initial referral over to them to the final finished product was hands down the easiest transaction & best service I have received.

Brittany reached out the same day that they were referred to me, informed me of the information that they were provided (showed they listen attentively), and left me a very polite & professional voicemail. I was unable to return the call at that time, but did send a text message, to which got a fast response letting me know that the day I wanted to come by would work out & let me know to who to specifically ask for.

Upon arriving at the location, I was greeting with a hello & a smile. There was no high pressure (really no pressure at all) attempt to sell me on anything. I was asked what I was looking for & why, a suggestion was made that perfectly fit my needs, and a cost with time frame was given on their availability (without me having to ask for it). I was able to return later that day and they finished the install sooner than expected.

While I was waiting in the lounge area, other employees who I hadn't seen already all said hello & made sure to ask if I needed anything/any help. You can easily tell that this business & it's employees really care about you & what they do.

AA installed a new Pioneer navigation in my vehicle. I Loss the sound from my subwoofer. I was told that the sound was low and that was the best it would get because everything was hooked up correctly. They also drilled a hole under my steering wheel for a bypass switch for parking brake override. Tried to handle the situation with one of the owners which was to no avail. He had a major attitude and was very unprofessional....I Took my vehicle to Stereo Sales down the street. They determined that the harness AA used was turned up too high and the adjustments on the radio was incorrect. Also found out there was no need to drill hole under the steering wheel for bypass. The Pioneer unit comes with a built in bypass. Needless to say, Stereo Sales has my subwoofer playing like it is supposed to. Stay away from Audio Addictions..
