McDonald's — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Today I chose to try the South Monroe location in tallahassee, fl again. Previous trips were not satisfactory.

I ordered a filet o fish , adding bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes thru Mcdonald's app. As part of purchase, I received a free large fry reward. I was in curbside spot 4. Food arrived in timely fashion, and fries were perfect upon taste (I added extra salt).

I arrived home and prepared to enjoy remainder of fries and sandwich. I took a bite of sandwich and realized no bacon. I opened sandwich to confirm. I checked the slip on top of box and it clearly described my order, including the bacon.

I checked slip hoping to find a phone number. No number found. I looked up number online, called restaurant Google voice number (based on area code), no answer. I wanted and craved what I paid for, so I drove the 4 miles back to location.

Upon arrival, the young man with dreads politely inquired about my return. I explained no bacon, with extra 1.45 charge, and I wanted a resolution. He inspected sandwich and immediately placed order (121) and verbally reminded cook "make sure you put on bacon." He returned shortly thereafter, and handed me bag. I was disappointed when there was no verification of new order vs old. He then handed me bag and left. No apology for incorrect order, multiple trips, no acknowledgement or accountability.

I requested a manager, the young man obliged and summoned manager, who had witnessed chain of events. What a waste of time. Young Manager (less than 25( dressed in light blue shirt and a winter skull/knit cap (78 degrees outside) came to counter. I explained situation and asked for accountability, and his response was carefree and apathetic "sorry you had to go thru that." At minimum, apologize on behalf of your mistakes. and say you care enough to at least address the deviant behavior.

Needless to say, I will not return to this location and question my patronage. I am not sure if it's mcdonald's culture or society's acceptance with mediocre customer service from...

This has to be one of the most fun non hood or non completely Hood McDonald's I seen in a long time. It reminds me of being in Detroit where there's open space for McDonald's not like New York city. There are a few people in there during the tornadoes that were charging their phone and I know for a fact that some people don't actually that just want to charge their phone by ordering something. But there came very good people for the most part. It is clean and the bathrooms it is clean in the kitchen area that I can see and it's clean and the dining area. For the most part they had a lot of people working and they were all very kind and helpful employees it's always been quite busy so as far as a McDonald's goes, I probably wouldn't go here if I was in a big rush look at the lunch time on a Thursday afternoon. Great for kids. It's a mixed group of different races and religions so it's very nice in there. Heck even the homeless have given me things when I was just sitting there needing something to use to eat or to charge my phone and these citizens helped me out! As you can tell from the pictures it was raining out the last time I went there and it was night time it was pouring out it was the second storm after the tornadoes. What a crazy night I would bring my family here. I would obviously tell my friends about it. And tell my family about it also. And obviously they're traveling up the tram road I'd want to tell him to stop here. It's a good McDonald's surprise to have gone up but recently brought them back down again. I assume that corporately they've realized that selling the same meal you sold for $3 3 years ago is now $9 is a very big mistake. Hey McDonald's you're one of the first fast food joints the lawyer prices. Help the people that helped you originally get to where you are...

Update 10/29/23 I went in and used the restroom before I ordered finished up put soap on my hands and had to ask the front counter for a cup of water to wash my hands and walked straight out cause the men's faucet wasn't working if I couldn't wash my hands after I used the bathroom I know the employees couldn't after they did and it's mandatory. How is this place still open with so many infractions and management doesn't care at all I'm calling corporate and the health department!!! I will never eat at th8s location again this is ridiculous!

I tried this place again on 10/30/22 and not only was I ignored like I wasn't standing in their face waiting I also witnessed the white guy who wear a super big cuff in his pants drop his gloves pick them up and continue to put them on until I yelled back there for him to use new gloves!!! This location is ridiculous and management clearly doesn't care. Ordered a McDouble and I received some old nuggets. The french fries were raw since they don't use the timer and guess when they are done, and this isn't the first or second time I've received them. I'm convinced every fast-food place in Tallahassee is subpar due to being in a college town and they will most likely eat anything and accept any kind of treatment. I've called multiple times and was hung up on twice. Apparently, management doesn't care whatsoever about the food they put out nor the super slow service no matter what time of...
