Stepping into this coffee shop is like entering a haven of warmth and friendliness. The ambiance is incredibly cozy, making you instantly feel at home. The staff are not just attentive but genuinely friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. As for the coffee, the latte I had was excellent—truly a high-quality brew that surprised me, especially considering the rural location of the shop. I also had a delicious breakfast sandwich that was just as impressive as the coffee.

One heads-up for future visitors: while the environment is inviting, the Wi-Fi is pretty much non-existent. The speeds clocked in at just one MPS up and down, so if you're planning to work remotely, be prepared to use your own wireless data. The propriater was very welcoming and accommodating. The home made cinnamon roll was great, and the coffee was awesome. The coffee beans are sourced from a local bean roaster a few towns over so you know it's super fresh. Music creates a play full atmosphere. The decorations, furnature and paints are of earthy colors which give it more of a laid back visual appeal. They sell other breakfast and lunch items as well as ice cream treats. The walls are adorned with pieces of art and other little gift like goods. This place is definiely worth a stop if your in the area. The prices are fair and the quality is above average. If you want a slice of high-end New York-style cappuccinos, iced coffees, milkshakes, and mocha freezes, K&M is the place to go. The homemade sandwiches are heavenly. I grew up in Tallapoosa and make a point to visit every time I’m in town. Kellie is one of the nicest people on earth. Kellie, her mom, her husband, and her son are all great at what they do—and they treat their customers like family. She was so kind and caring when my mother passed away in 2017. My first stop when I’m back home is always K&M Coffee—even before heading to see my own family!
