China Dragon — Restaurant in Tallmadge

The general tsao did not taste fresh.. it was not moist.. the eggrolls skin was dark,overcooked/skin very dark and they were rubbery as though they had been sitting around under a light. Difficult to even tear open. One of the fortune cookie packages were empty. Unbelievable I paid almost 100.00.

UPDATE: I called and asked for the manager.. He said he was the Manager. I asked his name and he said that didnt matter. I started telling him about the food and he said that peoples tastes are different. I stated this is not about taste but rather the condition of the food. I advised him the food was overcooked. He started yelling at me, telling me it was not overcooked! I told him I had the food in front of me and was willing to send him a picture and I could even bring it back in.. My family was there listening to this conversation as it unfolded.. He proceeded to continue yelling and hung up on me! My intent was to let him know what happened with the food under his watch.. I wasnt even looking for a refund.. but instead I was met with extreme hostility. I could not believe that Manager at China Dragon in Tallmadge is allowed to get away with this type of behavior. You see something wrong, you report it and you get verbally assaulted for it. I truly hope the owner of this establishment sees this post and takes corrective action against this Manager. He was extremely unprofessional...

People with allergies beware.... rudest interaction ever!! I have a severe latex allergy (I carry an epi pen with me because of it) and called to see what type of gloves they use to prepare their food. (I do this with every restaurant I go to) Was told that they were "just plastic gloves" and I requested that he check the physical box as my allergy is severe and need to be certain they don't contain latex. (Again, I usually get this response and ask for this) He said no and refused to go check and when I asked why, he said he "didn't want to disclose that information" because he never heard of a latex allergy before.... trying to keep my cool I calmly asked to talk to a manager as by law he needs to disclose allergen information. He informed me that supposedly he was...in fact...the manager and that if I was so worried about it I can go somewhere else and hung up on me. I've never been treated so rudely over asking a simple question that literally means life or death for me. There food could be amazing and I would still say...

The bourbon and honey chicken are actually quite delicious. Unfortunately, the food is prepared and packaged by the most miserable and unfriendliest human beings in Tallmadge. You could go there every single day for a year and never be treated as anything other than a talking fly by the owner, the witch and the tall guy. They refuse to recognize your face or acknowledge a polite greeting.

If you DoorDash and pick up food from there, expect to be yelled at by the owner and the witch if you politely decline to show them your phone. Even if you have Dash orders from there several times a night or several times a week and always deliver the food to the customer, you are still a non-entity.

Their lack of professionalism and common politeness is off-putting and has earned them yet another terrible review. Odd…it’s almost as if...
