Subway — Restaurant in Tallmadge

I had a 12-inch sub from here today and it was very good could have been a little more meat on the saw but that's today's world shrinkflation. What really disappointed me was the bathroom I almost gagged and threw up it smelled so bad I think a s* bomb exploded in there this is the second restaurant I've been to in 2 days where the restrooms were horrendous the ownership needs to take responsibility and fix the sewage problems when a restroom smells so bad or is dirty I won't go there again just because of the fact that they're not cleaning it that means they're probably not cleaning their kitchen and taking care of the utensils and food and everything else hopefully they read this and understand it hopefully they don't take offense to it because I took great offense to the smell it takes a lot to gag me and this one I had to literally pull my shirt up over my nose and breathe through my mouth I'm seeing Subway is closed up because of lack of business there's enough of them around that a few more can close if they can't seem to get their...

My father had an accident which left him use of only his right arm . we went to this location subway today & the cashier was handing my father change . well he had the bag in his right hand , so as he went to put the bag down to grab the change , he accidently knocked over his applejuice he just purchased for 2$. It fell on the floor & broke open . while my dad was scattering to pick up his spilt bottle , the cashier proceeded to give him a dirty look & basically ignored the fact that his juice broke . he told her there was juice on the floor & she just stared at him with a nasty look on her face & said in a rude tone "i know" . she did not offer a new drink . she did not help him & she embarrassed him by making him feel dumb for the mistake he made . but he only has one arm . she was rude & nasty & just an all around disgusting person . & we will not be...

Service with a smile. This is my fifth or sixth time at this location given I just moved up from Canton, and it's right around the corner. Customer service is horrible. Employees roll their eyes at you. They slap your food on the bread with such disgust. And it's more than just one employee. I figured the first time maybe the employee was just having a bad day. After reading reviews, I'm now seeing it's apparently a big problem as others have had the same complaint. Just trying to understand what it is that makes these employees so upset.
