Thought by looking at the reviews this was gonna be good. But unfortunately not . I ordered a steak sandwich, asking for no tomatoes and mustard, I ordered and the girl said okay, but proceeded to worry about a pimple on her face. So as I stood at the register to pay she continued talking and worrying about a pimple on her face. I stood there for 5 min waiting to pay and she asks me did I want something else I said “no don’t I need to pay?” She was like oh yeah and continued to do everything but make my sandwich I told her multiple times please don’t put tomatoes and mustard when she finally started making my sandwich, (which I thought at first they were making my sandwich in the back, but she was in charge of making it ) so I told her again after waiting another 10 minutes please no tomatoes and mustard , she was like oh I’m gonna make it. So I was frustrated that I’d been standing waiting when all along she was in charge of making it. Finally after she was done talking to everyone she started making my sandwich and asked me while making it what I didn’t want on it I told her and headed back to work. I opened it up and everything that I specifically asked her not to put on it she did anyway. I wasnt able to turn back around since she already had me running late back to work. But the sandwich was soggy as hell , which didn’t make sense since just made right there . Meat was tough and no flavor !...
Read moreI pop in for Cafe con Leche and cuban cheese toast. Be sure to let them know what kind of cheese you prefer because this ladt time I got yellow American cheese instead of Swiss which is what it'salways been before. Maybe they were out. This time my cheese toast was shy on the cheese and a bit overcooked and dry but the other times it's been perfect. I didn't send my order back since I didn't ask about the kind of cheese I wanted, but neither did they. Lol The prices are great! I do want to try them for lunch too, a hot meal under $10 these days you...
Read moreNice traditional, local Spanish restaurant. $5.00 for a small Cuban and a bowl of chicken soup is hard to beat, and I genuinely enjoy being the only English speaker sitting at a counter. The Cuban isn't amazing, but the bread is good and well pressed. The soup is flavorful but has more bones then chicken and little else. People are super nice and the place is clean and quick. In and out for lunch in under 20 minutes. Don't come here for luxury, but it's a nice...
