First let me say that this is going to be a long review. I placed an order yesterday around 1:00 for lunch. The food is just simply amazing... you can tell that they really put love and consideration into making their dishes. I have been stalking their page on doordash and also stalking the reviews on Google 😂 I just couldn't go through it no more I had to give you guys a try and I'm so glad I did. I have SO many great things to say about this that I don't even know where to begin!! Came across this GEM on Uber Eats and was intrigued by the Oxtail Pasta and the Jerk Chicken Pasta bcuz WHAT?! In all my years in Tampa I've NEVER encountered a place that makes Caribbean inspired pasta THIS good, let alone DELIVER it! Everything was AMAZING! Food was warm and fresh, perfect blend of spices and flavor. I ventured off my regular orders last week and tried the Meatloaf w/ Mac & Greens and I was convinced the Chef's ancestors would be PROUD of what she does in that kitchen!!!! If you're looking for flavor, the right amount of spice, good portions and neat presentation then look NO further!! 10/10...

While visiting Florida, I had Fork It Up delivered my first night because it had great reviews across the board. It was so good, I told my family and friend about it and went back the next day. It was so good that someone's salon had bought up everything she had left so all I could order was the pasta. I got it and went back AGAIN the last day of my trip in Florida. It is sooooooo good! Try the roasted chicken, jerk chicken pasta, meatloaf, Mac and cheese and yams. When I come back, Jesus willing, I will try the crab stuffed salmon.
