Wings were great. Very flavorful, great texture. Since looking for a legit wing recipe when we went vegan, I've always wanted to try this kind wrapped around a sugarcane "bone." Great flavors here!

Price is NO LONGER $7, as all menus state. Would've mentioned it (would classify as false advertising), but there's a printed menu on the table inside the door that has the updated price ($9). They should update all online menus, especially on Google.

Fries were fine, but a bit over-salted.

Vegan cupcake was very heavy, dense, and a little dry, but some very interesting spices. EXTREMELY SWEET icing. Good grief. Too sweet. For $7, I hoped for the fluffy, delicious one another reviewer mentioned.

Customer service was very dry -- actually nonexistent. Exactly zero extra words were said. Literally only the absolute barest minimum. Made a light comment, obviously to her (we were the only two there; I was 3 ft away), which she seemed to intentionally ignore. I was going to ask a question after, but decided against it. At least she thanked me for my order.

Unsure who the "sweet owner" was a few people mentioned. The woman who was cooking and answering phones appeared to be an owner, but today, seemed as dry as her cupcake. In her defense, she seemed to be doing everything herself and appeared obviously overwhelmed. Hopefully she's able to get some help soon.

At least we loved the wings, and I got to surprise my partner with some after several years of not!

As soon as I got my food, before I even got out the door, I vowed not to come back... just due to how dismissive the cook/owner seemed.

But after tasting the food, and seeing my partner's happy response, I may give it another try and update from 3 stars, if it makes sense. If there's a next time, I'll ask to confirm prices when ordering by phone.

UPDATE: Changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star because she charged me $1.50 for "extra sauce"... and didn't say anything about it.

I did not ask for extra sauce!

I got two meals. I asked for one of each kind of sauce. She obviously thought I wanted both for both plates (I didn't)... because when I got home, that's what I saw that I got.

I guess that's what happens when you say minimal words and assume - you bill people accordingly?

She CHANGED THE ORDER TOTAL from the total I saw WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME before billing my card.

They just lost a customer over a dollar and...

The lemon pepper wings are where it's at and why we keep coming back! Might need to try the burger and chicken sandwiches from what I see in other reviews. Fries were not salty, but i dont mind because some people cant do salt so i just added some at home, no big deal.

The owner Shay is very cool, hardworking and is managing the whole business herself, give her some credit! If you have never run a small business, you have no idea what its like to be under that stress while trying to please everyone and turn a profit to pay the rent for your commercial kitchen. We think she's doing a fantastic job and appreciate her sense of urgency and pride in her work.

The carrot cake cupcake is good in my opinion. Its big and well iced. The first time I had it I was blown away, but this time the icing was a little too sweet for me. Next time I'll go for the chocolate cupcake that Im dying to try. The carrot cake was still tasty and my boyfriend and I shared it and decided if you swirl it around in your mouth it balances out nicely! The fact that it's nut-free is great for my BFF who's allergic to nuts and she loves the sweeter icing! All around, her food is good and I fed 2 people for less than 30 bucks. That's a great deal. Good, friendly service and good hot vegan food from a hardworking woman owned business... yes please! We will be back again and again!! Keep up the good work...

Here’s a review of my order: In a word: YUM! Delicious Diner food for vegans! Plus super healthy fruit drink!

I have a dairy allergy so eating good food out is hard. I tried their caramelized onion and Swiss burger and their spicy chicken sandwich. I also ordered their fruit punch and chocolate cake.

Chicken - She does not skimp on the spice. Delightfully spicy. Vegans get stuck with a lot of bland food. The Twisted vegan is the antidote.

The burger - the cheeze was gooey and delicious. The onions were caramelized and tender. The burger was full of flavor.

While I mostly concentrated on eating the sandwhiches, The fries were fried to perfection and quite tasty.

Sauces - terrific! The honey mustard was rich and the spicy ranch was very spicy! I recommend them both.

Chocolate cake was so good I got nervous it might have dairy in it. Surprisingly good! It was like eating a traditional devils food cake with real frosting. So moist you could eat it on its own, but dang! The frosting was smooth and rich too.

As a side note for we travelers - they put a staple through each container so it stays closed and doesn’t leak. A thoughtful and human touch that this human appreciated.

Not a vegan? My husband, who has no allergies and enjoys eating meat, loved it as well. He said he would definitely go...
