Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tampa

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Do not order unless you like cold pizza and endless free codes for getting the wrong food. On March 10th, this Pizza Hut delivered my pizza made wrong 3 times and never gave me my requested refund back (I paid in cash). Since the manager assured me the final time that he would make my pizza correctly and he couldn't even do that right, I didn't want to address the issue with him further. Plus, it was like 2 hours for all this, I had to go to bed hungry. I spoke with their social media team and they gave me 2 free pizza codes. Today, 6/24, I finally give them another chance and THEY MADE MY PIZZA WRONG AGAIN. I even tried to keep it simple, pepperoni and jalapeno and they used banana peppers instead. If you try and call now, it goes to a call center, so I can't even get the store to make it right. Like someone else said, it's a door dash delivery so it was also cold. *Edit- was able to reach the store by selecting prompts to place an order. Asked to speak to a manager, the guy that answered the phone refused to give me his name and when I pressed for a name, he says "uh .. John" when I told "John" I'd like to speak to the real manager, he told me to call back and...

Placed order for my mother's house at 1:15pm and at 2:48 they said out for delivery, at 3:35 still not at her home. She then Called agian and they said food awaiting a driver. I called asked if I'd be able to receive a discount as it's now been at this point 2 1/2+ hours since order was placed and advised 30 min. (We live maybe 10 minutes from address - however she has 7 children and no car to pick up) our order came out to a little under 65$ she offered a 5$ discount for the extreme wait. When my mother said absolutely not 5$ is not sufficient enough especially when she has 7 kids complaining and crying for pizza that we expected over 2 hours ago. The woman then hung up on her. I attempted calling back and upon giving her my order name she said it's harassment to call her 3 times about order ND it's canceled not to call back . Soo I then asked for the corporate number and she called me a bit*h and said figure it out. I order from my local pizza hut all the time no problems ever after this experience I am questioning so much about them . I called customer service ND they then gave me. Out of service number to call. No help and poor...

Placed an order through the app for my sons graduation party. Apparently they don’t deliver their own pizza they have door dash do it. Took forever to get here, dasher got lost, even though I put our apartment # In multiple places. When pizza was delivered it looked like it had been dropped and no one wanted to eat it. Called the store got no answer, went through the chat option inside the app, was told all they could do was offer a free 3 topping pizza. When I asked for a refund the chat closed and I had to start all over. By the end of the second round, no refund no free pizza was told a member of the management team would reach out in 1-3 days to discuss. Never heard from anyone, no calls no emails no free pizza added to my account. Pizza was cold and looked horrible. We ended up having to order from another pizza place. We wasted $40 and 2 hrs with this foolishness on a night that was supposed to be a celebration. Pizza Hut lost a few customers that night. We will never order from them again!
