The manager Dave at this location needs serious training on how to handle escalated situations. He was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional.
Tonight i ordered a pizza and it showed it was delivered, but when i went out to get it, it was not there. I suspected it was delivered to the wrong address and i was in no way upset about that because i understand it happens. But then I called the location and spoke to dave the manager. He confirmed my address asked the delivery driver if thats where he went and hung up on me stating ill give you a refund.
Immeadiately called back and told him i do not want a refund. I want my pizza. And he told me that he was “denying me service” and was not going to send out a new pizza. I asked him denying me service for what? I did nothing wrong, i paid for a pizza and i would like to get what i ordered im not interested in a refund because that money isnt going back in my account immediately and i do not have more money to be able to turn around and get something else. I literally spent my last 30$ on this pizza. He was absolutely refusing to fulfill my order again. I finally asked him to have the delivery driver describe the house he delivered it to and the description was not the same it took 15 minutes of arguing with him for him to finally agree to send out a new pizza.
The delivery driver was very nice, and confirmed my house was not the same one he delivered the first pizza too
They need to seek process changes on situations like this so that customers are not made to feel like we are in the wrong. I understand they probably have people scamming for free pizzas, but there needs to be a better way for customers to show that the pizza was not delivered to the right house. Read moreI had a extremely bad experience with this location I waited over a hour and a half for the driver to show up the lady on the phone was very rude I was polite when she said the driver left because he did not have my room or phone number or name on his ticket I had family from out of state I paid with my card I asked for my money back because we were starving after waiting so long the first lady hung up on me I called back asked for manager she said my funds would be reimbursed they did but now they are running my card again I have called again the new manager I have talked with said he would take care of it he has not up to this point I have called back several times tonight I have sat on hold for over nine minutes all three times I have hung up all other times and tried calling back and it goes to voice mail like it's a cell phone so far my experience has not been handled or fixed to be continued I do not recommend Papa John's anymore for at least a decade I have swore by Papa John's but no more I will work on getting my money back and then I will never order from Papa John's anywhere in this country again I suggest there be apart on here where we can give a negative five stars please do not fall in the same situation it's...
Read moreI placed an order for pick up, and arrived right on time. All of the workers looked mad, like they didn’t want to be there, and look like they could care less. I paid for my food and gave the name on the order. I moved to the side so the other three customers could pay as well. All of the other customers receive their food when they paid and I stood there for 10 minutes. While standing there I watched the phone ring continuously. I watched the workers go over to the phone and turn the volume down and walk away. I watched them make all of the food with no gloves and a mask. I watched them hang out and talk and play around and completely ignore customers in the phone. I finally Asked, can you see if my order is ready? Please?
