Great food and service! 🙌🏻 My husband and I dined in at 7:30pm on a Friday evening and there were only two other guests. Our server was really nice and had a great smile! Our food came in less than 10 min. We got the $20 Cheesy Chicken and $14 Bibimbap. They were both so DELICIOUS and the portions were large for two people! We ended up taking out the rest.
I dined in at Urijip recently and their food was small and pricey and customer service wasn’t great. Their bibimbap was $16 (1 person serving) whereas, at San Jung, it was $14 and you could share it with 1-2 other people (if they got other dishes).
Thank you to our server for her excellent customer service! The owner was a nice little old lady and she even gave us candy when we were paying at the front 🤣👍🏻
I don’t eat at Korean restaurants too often but at San Jung, I had a great first impression seeing the staff interact with each other like family and a positive dining experience. I...
Read moreWas craving kimchi stew, and had many people suggest this place…I came for the stew but everything else was so delicious !
The banchan was a noice selection, not overwhelming. We got the Kimchi fried rice, marinated beef rib, deep fried dumpling and kimchi stew.
The kimchi fried rice was so yummy and something about it made it creamy.
Th marinated beef rib WOW LIKE WOW! It was very delicious…sooo tasty, good marination!
The dumplings were crunchy and the filling ratio was great! They provided sauce and honestly that was a noice touch just cause I didn’t have to make it myself lmfao
The kimchi stew was soy good, the flavors were all there and hit the spot for me.
the service was great, they have baseball on the tv like someone mentioned and I love that honestly. The servers were nice and I think it may be the owner but he was noice too and so grateful.
Hope...
Read moreThis place is very popular among local Koreans and tourist Koreans. It gets packed real quick by 7:00 pm, so it is best to be there by 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm especially if you are a big group. The servers are extremely nice and they do have a built in call button on each table, so getting there attention won't be too difficult. The owners, who from time to time also work the restaurant are fond of non-Koreans eating at their restaurant because it shows an appreciation for their food and culture are very nice. I recommend eating here at least once. My favorite dish is usually the spicy chicken and...
