Horrible. Rude. Put PORK IN EVERY SINGLE THING, even though we TOLD THEM NO PORK. They knew they cooked it with pork and still had the audacity to want to look in our “trash”. Never replaced our food, and took $65.00 and 4 kids didn’t eat. Worst place I’ve literally ever been to in my life. Absolutely fraud and terrible. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. We didn’t eat and we waited just for the guy to take the food with him because he had no proof, even though they were 100% knowledgeable they had cooked the food with pork. I am infuriated and so disappointed. What a disgraceful place. I’m never ordering from this so called restaurant ever again. First and last! YOU ARE THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER SEEN. WE DO NOT EAT PORK. IT WENT INTO OUR GARBAGE. I DO NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS SHOWING UP BEING RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE. CHAOTIC AND THREATENING BEHAVIOR. MY KIDS DID NOT EAT! WE DID NOT EAT! NO ONE ATE! TO SIT THERE AND ATTACK ME ON MY REVIEW SHOWS HOW LOW YOU ARE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SO DISGRACEFUL TO ATTACK A CUSTOMER WHO OVERPAID FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. If anyone is lying it’s you! We ordered and strictly told the woman on the phone NO PORK AND SHE KNEW she had made a mistake. So to foolishly come to me and play as if you don’t know that is disgusting. Again WE DON’T NOR HAVE EVER EATEN PORK. YOU ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL. COME TO MY ELDERLY MOTHER’S HOME WITH THAT AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR! SHAME ON YOU!!! WORST $50 I'VE EVER SPENT ON TAKEOUT IF YOU LIKE CHINESE FOOD DON'T ORDER HERE

Ordered food tonight and had to call to make sure my order went through & that I was paying in person (the website was sus) and the man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE

I usually never complain about restaurants because I imagine it's difficult to work in the food industry/customer service (I was a cashier and it's not an easy job) the man who answered the phone had absolutely no patience or respect, did not even give me a chance to ask questions or speak & tried to hang up the moment I paused

OH GOD THE FOOD!!!! This place is quite close to me, too close for the food to arrive ice cold!!!! NOT TO MENTION MY RICE WAS HARD/NOT FULLY COOKED YET BURNED???? IT SEEMED STALE TOO, IT WAS TERRIBLE

My chicken and broccoli had little to no sauce, the chicken was literally dry......as for my friend's "sweet & sour chicken," we got those chicken finger thingies with little containers of duck sauce......now that's just a lazy of trying to make something out of nothing, oh!!!! As for the chicken lo mein, even my friend who LOVES lol mein didn't want to touch it, it was that bad

VERY DISAPPOINTED, what a waste of money, I got $50 from a long distance friend to treat myself (and my other friend) I love chinese food and wanted to treat myself to takeout and I'm so upset I wasted...

Back in the 90s when they were located in the Taunton mall I always ordered & enjoyed the food. I moved in 2002 and now returned to the area. Ordered the Happy Family and it was very good, vegetables were fresh, everything cooked perfectly and once again tasted great. Also ordered the sweet & sour chicken, was cooked perfectly, batter was golden with the perfect crisp & chicken was tender. White rice was good and the pork fried was kinda bland, but adding soy sauce helped it out. The rice was fresh and cooked perfectly. The driver was prompt and very nice & the food arrived hot, thank you very much. ( don't forget to tip the driver if being delivered )

The bottom line is that all my reviews are 100% honest, I gave Big Wong 5 stars based on my entire experience & food quality. Taking into account they are not a big eat in restaurant. For a much smaller size place with a smaller crew they did a very good job all around and deserve this 5 star review when comparing to other small Chinese food...
