your staff ruined a real wood finish in my dining room table tonight. They are lucky enough I don't live far or it would have been my cars interior. I have pictures of the damaged finish. They put the soup and stuffies sideways in the bag. The soup and it's steam leaked everywhere. Soup! Sideways!!! Real simple!!! I also have video of it coming out of the stapled shut bag sideways. My table cost me 1200 dollars unlikely they will replace it even with proof it's their fault. The girl hung up on me when I called to complain and asked if anyone there was a manager or had common sense. She said there was no manager. Well as someone whose run restaurants for 25 years and never had a bad complaint just goi g to say truthfully, thats illegal. You must have someone whos a manager and servesafe management at all times. Another time a while back I placed a company order and was asked to call back an hour after opening... umm what!?!?... as someone who has run a very successful 4 star scratch kitchen for 20 years you need to do better. I'm not just complaining as someone with no experience in a kitchen trying to get a dree dinner... this very clearly goes past a free dinner. I am a chef whos opinion is educated and valid from a reputable restaurant who after 30 years in business ocean side in westport had the pleasure of calling many celebs family due to patronage. You and your staff are terrible! Terrible! Do better! And if you get take out it's negative stars because there is no management, which again is illegal! But Google doesn't give that option. Than you for ruining my very expensive table due to lack of basic common sense.. if you put soup in a bag sideways it will leak and potentially damage a surface and will without question damage any wood, pvc, or faux wood/composite surface if its at serving temperature or higher. Common sense could have prevented this review and the call to the board of health that will follow due to no valid manager and the potential law suit due to tired of crap and eating from places that can't follow simple laws or own...

THE SERVICE

The employee answering the telephone provided good customer service. My order details were confirmed with the total and approximate wait time.

The pickup experience was organized. Friendly greeting upon entering, and my order was ready at the designated time. The takeout area was neat and clean. The waiting area is a bit small so you may feel cramped if more than 4 patrons are picking up orders.

THE FOOD

The garlic Parmesan tenders were very meaty. The chicken was cooked well, and they were tossed in a very rich buttery cream sauce. The flavor profile was a true standout~ this dish would pair well with crusty bread or angel hair pasta.

The cream sauce did separate leaving an observable layer of fat/oil. This indicates the sauce was cooked too high, too much fat was added, and or not properly emulsified. Nonetheless, the dish was flavorful and tasty.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The packaging is incredibly insufficient and doesn’t transport well. A dish containing a sauce should not be packaged in cheaply made styrofoam containers without a seal. Some of the sauce leaked into the plastic bag creating a mess.

THE VALUE

Given the heartiness of the chicken tenders coupled with fresh ingredients- I think the dish is fairly priced. However, at that price point the restaurant should utilize...

Pizza had way 2 much sauce & the cheese & topping just came off & it tasted like a tomato sauce pizza! But the crust was good just allot of crust & way too much sauce! I've never got a pizza I couldn't even finish a slice of either of them & I even tried wiping some sauce off but still awful! I wouldn't even want my dog 2 eat that! Very upsetting because I do live close by! Also their dessert cooler broke & never fixed it so no more desserts! I used 2 love just about everything on the menu from here but things have changed & I just hope it was a fluke & maybe if I do try them again I'll have 2 be more specific to go very light on the sauce because even asking to go light might be too much still! It's crazy when there's sauce squishing out the holes in the cheese on the pizza & I felt like I got spaghetti sauce on my pizza that's not good! Very sad I hope it was just a 1 time thing & I am thinking of trying again & will update my review if things get better! Cross your fingers for me...
