Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Taylor Township

I was driving for hours; I was trying to get back New York with 3 of my children. My husband saw this place coming up on the map and said "let's stop here so we can eat" I agreed. My 3 children where super excited to get some pretzels because we been driving for hours to get to New York. We walked in my children had to put on their shoes and one is only two years old the other are both twins and they are 5. But they are so hard to handle because they are loud and whinny. Anyways we walked into the store and the lady behind the counter told us rudely to leave and start shouting at are kids to get out of the store because they were talking to loud about how the place was dirty. I got angry but still order anyways because we were starving, and we had a long way to New York. Anyways I ordered 5 large pretzels and I also ordered 4 drinks. The pretzels took almost an hour to make, and we were losing daylight to drive more to get to New York. One of my drinks didn't even come out, another drink was only quarter full and the other 2 drinks weren't even right. When the pretzels came out, they weren't even right. All the large pretzels were nuggets which we didn't ordered, and the employees didn't even bother to tell us that there were no large pretzels. We went up to the front counter and calmly confronted the lady working at the counter about the order being wrong and she forcedly told us to pay. The order was 70.28$ and we couldn't even fix are order because the 2 twins started eating it. We lost 1 hour of are drive time at this place. I am rating this 1 star because the employees where rude and this place is expensive. (It took us and extra day to get back...

We asked for nuggets and they told us they only have the pizza pretzel and so we waited and saw they made more regular pretzels so I waited a bit longer and eventually asked about how long the nuggets would be.
