The reviews showed 4.8. I had to try it. It was hard to decide on what to order with so many different "must order" items in the reviews. I went with the crab cake stuffed salmon bake. It was a very good size portion with an out of this world lemon sauce that hinted of caper, but none were visible. The dish was perfectly seasoned and came with a house salad, purple potatoes, fresh local vegetables and a soft oversized roll with butter. I had a glass of chianti and finished with a warm melting chocolate bundt cake with vanilla ice cream. Mia was my server and was pleasant, knowledgeable and I enjoyed that she was from the area. Not to be out done, the owner, Mike came out and checked on how everyone was doing. The Cabin Bar and Grill did not disappoint and was a strong expression on how running a restaurant and bar should be done. While away for work I found this spot to try for dinner and drinks. When I arrived I parked in front. When I walked in I grabbed a seat by the bar. Mia was my bartender and she was nice. I started with a pinot nior and it was good. I then ordered the crab stuffed salmon with fettuccine. It took about 15 minutes for it to come out. When it did it looked great. This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the Cabin Burger that came with fries. My food was ready exactly when they said. Everything was delicious! The burger was huge and outstanding! The fries were nice and crispy and perfectly salted. I also ordered carrot cake. I couldn't believe how big it was or how delicious it was. The restaurant was bigger than I expected and very clean.
