I arrived at the store about 10:15 am. There were a few customers but only one sales clerk was working. She was busy with a customer who seemed to be making an involved transaction. The clerk had to keep going to the back storeroom to get items for this customer. I found the two games I wanted to purchase and stood by the counter. The clerk then told me the line started at the other end. I got in line, I was first, and there I stood and stood and stood! Behind me the line grew. I was very annoyed with GameStop for not having at least one other clerk there to help. I was also annoyed with the sales clerk. She deliberately seemed to be taking her time and not trying to hurry the customer' s transaction. She also never said anything to me to indicate that she would be with me soon. I felt ignored. She seemed to lack basic skills in customer relations. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, with no end in sight, I return my intended purchases to the shelf and walked out the door. I drove to ToysRus and purchased the two games in three minutes and was home in 15. If I had remained at GameStop, I might still be there being ignored. GameStop just lost an $80 sale. Come on, management! Let's have more people working during this busy...

Originally I purchased a playstation portal online. Was not my thing, so I went to return the product. Initially the employees here were unable to process a refund because the system was acting strange (they did their absolute best, they did nothing wrong) so I attempted to contact corporate, in which corporate told me to kick rocks and would not let me get a refund. I came back this evening, and the man working managed to help me get a full refund despite the issues with corporate.

Truly these people that work here are awesome and extremely helpful and kind, and they’re always great to talk with. I don’t shop at Gamestop often, but I will always come to this specific place because I know the workers here will always be...

This place is absolutely ridiculous.Went to trade in a switch tonight pristine condition although there was a small pinpoint black mark on it in which they said I can't take it its defective.(It's literally a month old used 2 times due to the fact it cramped my hands) I took it out to my car clorox wiped it (came right off for all I know he had something on his hands).Excited to take it in on trade excellent condition brought out the ps4 took it out of the box and the thing fell apart it was sanded and the back wouldn't stay on..Needless to say I walked out with my switch.They obviously are oblivious to what is in good and bad condition means.So after driving an hour to get there I will most likely...
