Personally, I felt like i was taken advantage of. The service did not meet the expectations presented the time of drop off. Then, the people who claimed to work on my computer told me they did exactly what I told them I did to try to troubleshoot my computer and then CHARGED me for it. I personally wouldn't recommend this business to plug my computer into the wall for me... the solution they charged me $90 for was "we could purchase a motherboard and see if that will fix your computer" If I come to you telling you my motherboard is broken and you can't fix it, why would you charge me $90 to fix something when you didn't do anything....

They couldn’t fix it and charged me not only a diagnosis fee but also additional fees that totaled over a third of the computers total value. Add all this to the fact that they do out of office repair visits and lock up their shop during normal business hours (probably due to a lack of staff) making actual onsite customers wait for unknown amounts of time and you have an awful customer experience from start to finish.
