I am beyond upset, I just went and ate with my two grand kids and I sent my grand daughter up to ask for a bag. There was no one up front. Wasn't upset figured we would get one before we left. Waited about 10 min, and still no one waS up front. Still not really upset because I understand being understaffed many employees are multitasking. Walked up front said hey excuse me could I get a bag. Several people in back, one person ( later find out his name is Ian) around side completely ignored me. I try give benefit of doubt and say louder this time could I please get a bag? Ian looks straight at me then continues to ignore me. Ok now I'm mad, but I still wait a minute thinking he will get someone up there to help me, he does not. So then I slam my hand on counter and shout I need a bag, my grandson has now heard me from inside the restroom, so there is no way no one cant hear me especially Ian who is once again simply staring at me. I am still being ignored and have reached my breaking point. I then walk behind counter in search for my own bag. In 2 seconds four employees magically appear asking if they can help me. Are you serious, this is what it takes for a paying customer to get service!!!! After all this they give me a plastic bag to put my paper plates of chicken in and then when I ask for a number or name for corporate I am told I am told they have nothing to give me. So I asked to at least give me the name of the rude employee who chose to ignore me not once, twice, three but four times l, I was told Ian was his name. Now Ian might have been on drive thru although I never heard him speaking to anyone but he could have held up his hand acknowledging me or something, anything and this whole scene would have never escalated to this. I am not only paying for food but service also and I definitely did...
Read moreI'm thoroughly disgusted with this location. There's only a few places I can eat due to my morning sickness. This morning I stop by the Taylorsville location to grab my huband and I some breakfast. Our picnic size bo-rounds were soggy and greasy. I politely asked the cashier for fresher bo-rounds as I handed her the old ones back. She told me to keep the disgusting ones as if I would even feed them to a stray dog. The manager told her to get the old ones back which made more since. The cashier asked me to pull up because it would take 5 minutes. So, I did just that. It took them approximately 9 minutes to bring my bo-rounds out. Now, at this point being with child with cravings doesn't make me a happy camper. As, I began to head my way home I realized that my bo-rounds are still soggy and greasy. I called and asked to speak to a manager and explained what happened. She told me that they just dropped them for me. She never apologized, nor asked if I wanted them to replace them with fresher ones. You all are extremely unprofessional and I will NOT ever come back. After spending $16.00 and this is the thanks I get. You all didn't have the common knowledge to hand me my receipt...
Read moreI did read several reviews and I have to laugh, because one reads, "The best place in town to eat" that's terribly funny because McDonald's has this place beat and it's under construction.... so I placed a order just today in the drive thru, very late lunch around 3:00 PM so they take the order quickly, I get to the window and wait at least 7 minutes.
during my wait, I watch someone drop a new order of fries and I watch the entire staff play like they are 10, I get my food and I proceed back to work.
I get back to work to find I have rock hard cold fries, now this is crazy considering I watched them put fresh fries out.. So I trash those... Then I find I have a half cooked piece of meat. so the sandwich that has 2 bites taken from it, in the trash...
so the best thing I get from the entire meal is the drink, Thank You for that! I appreciate your hot and fresh food... I would not even complain about it, except I waited on my order, I didn't just grab it and go. I expected it to be fresh and fully cooked!
Please do not worry about making it right, I will not be back to the Taylorsville...
