Was The best sandwich shop I have eaten at in a long time but now I guess they want 3 dollars instead of a customer so now you have neither won't be back

I placed an online order it couldn't be filled so they called I ask could we switch style of sandwiches lady said no problem. I sent my employee to pick up the food and they tried to charge him the entire amount even though I had already paid. The difference was 3 dollars and change which he would have gladly paid but instead they cancelled the order and said I would have to reorder. So my entire staff didn't get breakfast over 3 dollars and that is ridiculous. We won't make that mistake again. I loved that they had a 99.5 sanitation rating. I had to come try their place because they had the highest stars on google maps 4.9. If you don’t already know this is an Amish run place. They were nice but lack engagement opportunities with customers. Anyway, the place was clean, even the bathroom was clean. The place is well stocked. Sandwiches were delicious.
