Our water has been out Friday, Monday and today. When contacting the office they were closed Friday due to the holiday, no boil order was ever given, nor was an outage recognized on the website. The person answering the phone on Monday could only say the notified the paper and the radio. No responsibility accepted. I requested to speak with the manager and was sent to voicemail. Nothing showed in the paper until today’s paper for yesterday’s outage. Today I called again. Determined notification is not made in advance but on the day even for a planned outage. Again no responsibility taken but laid blame on the housing development company building new homes in the area. When the water was turned on it was pure mud for over 20 minutes.
