I called in because after thirty minutes of waiting for a delivery ordered on the McDonalds app, my order was cancelled, so I called to see why. The first lady I was speaking to automatically assumed I was calling because I wanted the food free, when I actually was just trying to figure out why it was cancelled. She first told me it was because most likely a door dasher didn't show up since it is operated by door dash even when booked through their app. This wasn't correct because I tracked the dasher all the way to McDonald's on THEIR APP. Then I was told that their whole system had been down for thirty minutes and they couldn't do anything. No mobile order, no drive thru, no anything just for her to put their tech specialist on the phone to confirm that after he had been doing it "for four years" he still had no idea how to open his ears and use his active listening long enough for me to say that was fine and I was just going to ask the meal be made for pickup. Since I could never get to this point because of their assumptions I wanted free food, I asked for the franchise phone number just to be given it fast and hung up on. Great customer service. When I did finally call Link Management looking for Riley Farmer, my called was ignored multiple times. The location has done nothing in the past decade but get worse and worse between incomplete order, nasty employees, and the constant accusation of wanting free food when someone calls to make a complaint. At this point, the McDonald's headquarters is going to be called to inform them of the high dissatisfaction and mismanagement of something...
Read moreMy daughter and I went through the drive through right before 12:30. We ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, the new deluxe chicken sandwich, a chocolate shake, and was supposed to get the 4pc nuggets at no cost to me. We pulled up to the first window and was immediately told to go to the last window to get our meal. We waited for 5 minutes and the server told us that the strawberry pies would be 10 more minutes. I told the server that is not what we ordered. She said our order was at the other window and it would be out shortly. We waited again for five minutes. The manager came to the window and said that they mixed orders up and took my receipt. We waited for ten more minutes. There was another server/custodian that gave my daughter and I our food. I told him that our order was not complete. He just shut the window and walked away. Five minutes later, again another server came to ask us what was left. I told her that we were missing our drinks/shake that was ordered. She said she would be right back. Another five minutes went by and she came with our drinks. Sadly, my shake was noticeably melted and the whipped cream was melted on top. I couldn’t wait to go after that point. My daughter had an appointment that we had to go to. Otherwise I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else. I am so very disappointed. I had to throw my shake away and reheat...
Read moreEvery single time I go I order the same thing. I have four picky kids. Chicken on a bun with pickles. Every single time there's no pickles. I got kids screaming in my backseat over friggin pickles. When I reminded you at the speaker. The window. And I heard a manager shout make sure there are pickles!!! Once again I had to go back to get pickles. It's become a habit to check my food because something is going to be wrong. People say well don't eat there. Well my kids don't deserve to be told no because someone can't do a simple job. Yes I know fastfood is not easy work. I've done it my whole life. But something as simple as reading a screen and making sure someone's food is the way they ordered it and paid for is simple. Just do better. I get people make mistakes. Were all human. But every single time. Come on. And when someone comes in because you messed up...don't have an attitude with them. Again they just want what they ordered and paid for. You never know the day someone is having. Your smile could be that mom's sanity for the day from those kids screaming over pickles. On a happy note. Those that work there and are always smiling and going out of their way....we see you. And appreciate you. You can't carry the store on your shoulders. It...
