This morning’s Visit) Why order on the app and get a pick up time then get “chewed” for driving past the speaker of the drive through line to wait behind another vehicle? The young lady with the tattoo on her left forearm and glasses with dish water blonde hair in a pony tail, SHOULD NOT be working with customers! I have almost 50 years of Food and customer service experience. I have owned two restaurants and 30 food trucks and if I EVER spoke to my customers the way this person did me, I would not be where I am today! She was mad that I didn’t stop at the speaker and let her know I was there for my pickup order from the app. There was nobody behind me at 530 am and the app said my order would be done by 5:24. If she can’t figure that I may be the app order and got fired up over me not announcing it at the speaker, she is not smart enough to do any job within the company. Customer service is a lost art and she will NEVER find it, she represents this location and the Hardee’s Brand and doesn’t do it well. If she was having a bad day, that’s not my problem. She ultimately slammed the window on me because I told her to settle down and realize she didn’t work any harder over me not stopping at the speaker. When you walk into a job that deals with customers, put on the game face, play the game and know, ITS GAME TIME! I will NEVER go back to this Hardee’s as it is the absolute worst in 40 states I’ve had either Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr. Not only was the service garbage, the breakfast was not like it usually is. That’s a shame because that’s all this location is good for! Visit 1)About 45 days ago, I went for some burgers and they were horrible and the place was filthy inside. The workers were all sitting at a table playing on their phones and goofing around when I pulled up to go inside. They scattered like roaches when I pulled on the door. Actually contacted the manager about that visit which was horrible food that was not made correctly. Save your cash and go elsewhere unless you like subpar food and lousy angry customer service. No customers no people working the front..I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone... Finally I said yo! Loudly.. Someone in the back said"give me a minute". Someone finally came took my order and my kids and I took a seat... The food took a few minutes to be made and then the guy brought it out to us . Mediocre to say the best..
