I would give them NEGATIVE 5 stars if able but I can't, so they get only one star because I have to choose a star. I ordered online on 05/30/2021. No so big thing there was tomatoes on one of the burgers that I ordered no tomatoes on. No big deal. Here's the big deals. One: both orders of fries were like they had just been defrosted and served. They were not cooked!!! Two: one of my burgers was completely red. So red I wouldn't have served it to my dogs. It wasn't cooked!!!! Good thing I noticed wouldn't want to get sick by eating it. I called the number on the receipt to complain and the number is disconnected as well as the number on the web. I filled out the experience survey and gave a bad review. I found a customer complaint section on the web and filed a complaint via phone and was assured I would hear back from someone from management at the store. To this day after calling two more times for the same complaint for the same date I have not heard from anyone. I was given a case number and an email I could put in a complaint to. I wrote the email and included the case number. I get an email back asking for the service date and store information I guess they couldn't read the file itself for some reason. Since i gave them all the information I was advised someone from management will be getting back to me. I have yet to hear from someone. I use to go there 2-3 times a week or more but after this experience I will never go to another Burger...

After getting my order wrong some time ago, they sent me a card for "1 free Whopper" even though I had lost a significant amount of money as a result of a huge mistake by their staff. I returned to this restaurant and presented the card but the attendant and the manager said the card had expired even when it didn't. When I spoke to the corporate office they agreed that the card was valid and that the local staff made yet another mistake. I called them twice about this issue and they have promised to send me compensation (by the way of free coupons I am assuming). They never have after about 6 months!!! All people that I have ever encountered at this restaurant and at their corporate office are obviously of extremely low IQ, incompetent and have no respect for their customers. McDonald's and Carl's Jr. are right next door. Please DO NOT VISIT or spend ANY MONEY at this restaurant as they do not deserve the patronage and absolutely do not care about having happy, loyal customers. Read moreOkay so I ordered my meal in the drive through. I requested larger fries with My order and never once was asked if I wanted sauce while taking my order. When I got to the drive-through window, I requested sauce. I had been helped by a male employee and it may have been a female manager who came over to help me. The male employee had charged me. The female employee handed me my food. When I requested sauce, she had a displeased face. She then said "it will be extra ". I said okay that's fine. She said "how many do you want ?" I said two. She proceeds to charge me. She asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. She charged me for 3 sauces and only gave me 2 sauces. How can you charge me for 3 sauces when I only requested two. Had I not requested a receipt I would have not caught that. If you're going to charge for sauce at least do it right. It may only be an additional cents that I got charged but how is it fair to get charged for something I didn't get? I didn't want to fight the charge as I was in a rush on my lunch break from work. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. Be weary of how much you're actually getting charged if they charge...
