My son is a frequent visitor of this location on Rancho California and Margarita Road in Temecula. Itās on our way from his school to our home. He was sick at home last Tuesday and he wanted to order something to make him feel better and asked me to go pick it up while he waited at home. When I picked up his order and delivered him, he told me that was the wrong drink they prepared. He said they gave him chai latte instead of what he ordered. Him being sick didnāt want to drink something.. He asked me if I can go back and get the right order. I called them because I didnāt wanna drive back in hopes that we can let them know about the situation .. This was very frustrating because it was the second time in one week of the period they actually got his order wrong. Phone did not work and at one point I thought I was hang up on. When I went to location and told them They prepared the wrong drink, and they donāt answer their phone , I was treated very poorly. She just grabbed the drink from my hand no apologies nothing and hurried and fix another drink and just throw it on the counter like I was a big inconvenience for her. . When I went home, my son said. this was The Worst drink he ever had. She either didnāt put enough flavor that he paid for it or she just completely fixed something else for him,. I called customer service number for Starbucks and I was told District Manager will get back to me in three business days to ask me about my experience. He did not get back to me at all. I emailed the customer service at Starbucks no response back. I guess if district manager or corporate office doesnāt care about the customer service store associateās attitude shouldnāt surprise me . this is the fastest way to lose a loyal customer . Ā Ā Ā Read moreEmployees on this morning shift were extraordinarily rude. I simply ordered a hot coffee, and the boy Stuart acted like he couldn't do it. Then he proceeded to do multiple other things, helping other customers after me and serving them coffee.
I then went up to ask for my coffee after waiting for 15 mins with Stuart saying nothing and wandering aimlessly. He ignored me. This happened on the previous occasion as well.
He then proclaimed "I don't see your ticket". I ordered a simple hot coffee and this guy "forgot" and blamed not seeing a ticket.... Yet he was the the sole person responsible for the front counter. There were like 2 customers in 15 mins and he did nothing, then acted surprised I was waiting for a coffee. Either purposeful or he needs to be retrained badly.
Other employees were explicitly rude about it and offered only their hate instead of being sorry. This place...

I drove to the store and outside there was a sign of stating at the cafe was closed contrary to what the mobile website had stated. I called about 10 times in a row before someone picked up I believe her names were Rochelle. She said that she could not help me with the refund that I would have to go to another store unless I had time to wait through the drive-through. At the time when I originally called there were at least 5 to 7 cars in the line. By the time she had picked up there were 3 cars that I could see still in the line.
