Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I visited this Starbucks location around 5:40 PM on April 16th and was met with incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional service from an employee named Natalia. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks.
Natalia's attitude was unacceptable, and it's disappointing to encounter such behavior from a Starbucks employee. Her lack of professionalism tarnished the overall experience and left a negative impression on me as a customer.
I frequent other Starbucks locations daily, such as the ones on Temecula / La Paz and Temecula / Pechanga, where the service is consistently excellent. It's evident that Natalia's behavior is not reflective of the typical Starbucks employee and is an anomaly compared to the exceptional service provided at other locations.
I plan to speak with Tanner, the manager, when he is scheduled to work on Monday to address this issue. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to correct Natalia's behavior to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such poor service in the future.
If I decide to visit this location again, I will definitely avoid engaging with Natalia. I urge other customers to be cautious when interacting with her and hope that management addresses this issue promptly to maintain the high standards of customer service that Starbucks...

As I read the ingredients she said that is a raspberry frap....I said that it wasn't. She had rang it up along with the sandwich. She never asked my name. I always pay with my phone but I was not fast enough for her and she sighed loudly. I asked where was my sandwich and she stated it was being heated. I told her I did not want it heated. I went to retrieve my drink and had to ask which was mine as four sat on the counter. I was craving Starbucks so we went to the nearest one and I ordered my usual fave, iced chai tea latte… and in general I prefer Starbucks for this drink because they usually do a very good job (some places charge me $6 and it tastes like they gave me a cup of milk…) however this location had the best chai tea latte by far! They had the spices in it to perfection!!! I even made my bf try it so he could understand what I was saying. So, 5 stars for this location on their iced chai tee latte!! Also, our cashier was so kind and friendly and chatted with us.
