It’s McDonald’s but with the worst service ever. One time they said the ovens are off and would take 25 minutes to make my food.
One time they refused a coupon from the McDonald’s app and didn’t offer to move items around to accommodate. They said no and burned the coupon by entering it on their computer and I couldn’t use the app for 15 minutes because of the cool down.
They constantly get orders wrong. I ordered a coffee with 4 cream and 4 sugar and I got it black this morning. At least put it in the bag so I can do it myself. I also had to microwave the food because some pieces were cold?
I get working food is not the best and I never make a big deal or get angry at the workers but this location does not have good workers. I don’t need them to be fake or pretend to care but please, please just serve the food as it should be. This doesn’t deserve to be a McDonald’s and I’ll just go to the one on Rural and Baseline now.
*Visited again for breakfast on 04/20/2024 @9:59am. For convenience and to check if they are any better after the renovation. NOPE. Lady working drive thru was annoyed I was using the app and after a coffee she told me to pull up and cut the speaker. lol what?! I just drove off and got breakfast across the road @dunkin.

Read moreOrdered a Big Mac. When I opened the box the burger was a bit deconstructed. The pickles weren't even bothered to be placed in the burger and it was missing quite a bit of sauce. I went back to let them know. I thought, give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were really rushing, so I didn't have an attitude toward them. Before I could finish, the gentleman (not sure if he was the manager) told the lady at the counter to just make another one. I did get another one, but I could Bearly hold it in my hands. I think the lady making it didn't like the idea of remaking another one and slapped all the sauce she could on my burger, oops! I posted some pictures of the burger. I'm not usually a picky person. I just wanted to enjoy a nice Big Mac. Maybe I'll just stay away from that location. It did irritate me that I couldn't enjoy my burger in the end. The salad I ordered for my husband was fine at least, lol!
UPDATE: I did go back, I thought, this isn't right. I got to speak with the manager (who by the way was not the gentleman). She was very helpful and nice. She listened to what I had to say, and quickly offered solutions. I was respectful toward her, and she showed me the same respect. I am very impressed and pleased. Just for that, I will give them two more stars and I will give them another shot. Her kindness...
Read moreHands down worst experience I've had at any McDonald's location. Was forced to go thru the drive thru because the lobby wasn't even open. Even tho Google clearly says open at 5am. Mind you I'm a contractor with multiple people trying to order in my vehicle. So After going to drive thru I'm told I'll have to make multiple trips thru drive thru because they can't take multiple orders at once in drive thru only in lobby. When I explained that's not a option the Mexican lady witch I'm assuming is the manager started yelling at me saying you need to calm down. Please explaine to me how any of that makes any kind of sense...... she said the lobby isn't open because they don't have enough workers to open it witch I can only assume Is because of this ladies extremely rude Attitude. I know I wouldn't want to work for anyone that treats their customers this way God knows she definitely treats her employees the exact same way. Funniest part about all this is they had two employees washing the drive thru floor during all of this instead of actually working inside handling the morning rush. Shame on McDonald's for even employing someone like that. She has no concept of time management or even capable of handling human to human interactions. Absolutely never going back here again! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO STARBUCKS FOR THE COFFEE...
