Idk what the lady gave me the first time. It looked like maybe a iced macchiato? Then she remade it and put in the same cup. THIS IS NOT A FRAPP CUP!!! It’s to thick to come out the hole!! They didn’t ask if I didn’t want the whip cream either but I’m hoping it at least has coconut milk. It’s no sticker to say what’s in it.

Rosa at this Starbucks was extremely unprofessional and SUPER rude. I had ordered my drink with the other Barista and had asked for extra ice. Rosa misread the cup and thought it said extra caramel drizzle (idk how you get that confused but ok), while she was making the drinks she was chitchatting with the other barista about some drama in her life. When she was done I grabbed both drinks and I tasted mine on my way out of frys, it was SWEEEEET. I was like that's weird I always ask for this drink and it's never sweet. I looked at the cup and it I only said extra ice. My fiancé went back and asked for it to be remade and she absolutely rude to her bc she said "well it's going to extra sweet if you put extra caramel drizzle" mind you I never even asked for extra. Lmao. This whole situation could've been avoided if she was paying attention to what she was doing instead of venting about her problems. The whole time making it she was pouting like a child and had this nasty attitude when she was done she just put the drink on the counter with not even a "here ya go". She was sooooo mad that she got it wrong ...

This is the second time I've ended up wearing my coffee because I was not informed that they were out of stoppers. I'm in full motorcycle gear. I'm obviously not going to be riding. Last time I paid for a danish and didn't find out that they were out until after I had my drink. I need to go to another location...
