Nail Time & Wax — Local services in Tempe

Tuesday, November 7, 2017, I went to nail time and wax to get a pedicure, the pedicure I chose should have cost 25.00, I handed the tech 40.00 In the form of two twenties. Now I sit and wait for my change only to discover that they were trying to steal my money. The nail tech told me I only handed her a twenty and a five which was a bold face lie. I set there for about half an hour arguing with the manager, nail tech, etc about giving me my change. I decided to call the police on the matter because they were trying desperately to steal my money, the police said it was a civil matter and would not come to the establishment. After 20 minutes, one of the nail techs decided to go to the back and check the camera, he stated that the bills were to small on the camera and he couldn't see it. Again, I wait, I decided to ask the mail nail tech when would they give me my money, he yelled at me and said "WAIT"! I will never visit this place again and suggest that anyone who does should watch carefully because they will steal from you. It's best to pay with credit card or not go there at all. Also, beware of those who boldly speak there language so others...

First time going was pretty good. Michelle did a good job on my acrylic nails. She told me to come back for a fill and she will add gel nail polish for $22 dollars total. I come back a couple weeks later and Michelle is busy so I take another lady. Her name was not present at her station. I could not ask because from the moment I sat in her chair up in till i was checkin out she was on her cellphone talking to someone. At first, I was like okay maybe its important. But the only time she spoke to me was to say "sorry" was when she kept hurting me. She burned me with the drill because she was not paying attention. She burned me with her little lamp that each station has because she again was not paying attention. She moved my hand up to adjust her head phones so she can continue talking and my hand touched the light bulb burning me. My friend was with me and was pissed she was doing all this to me while being on the phone. I will never go back to this nail salon because of this experience. Lastly, my total for a fill and gel without the tip(which she did not...

I waited about 15min for a fill, cut and color change to be seated then I asked the nail tech woman for yellow ombré she said they dont have that color then I asked for gold foil and she said they sont have that either. So I went with basic pink with sparkles on top with stiletto shape gel. During when she was about 1/4 of the way through my fill she had a regular come in and she started to rush through my fill. And when she did she sawed through my real nail with one of her electrical tool and I pulled my hand pain in pain and she kept going and proceed to hit that spot a couple times each time it hurt but she kept going and when I was done I didn’t see but my nail is bruised and bloody under the acrylic. I feel she rushed through my fill and hurt my finger I would never get a fill from her again there is a man that works there that is really good but I would never let the woman work on my nails again. My nail is very tender and painful hurts to have water...
