El Super Burrito Jr — Restaurant in Temple City

RUDE. NEVER GOING BACK! I went to this place for the 1st & last time yesterday. I drove up with more than 15 minutes before closing time. The staff immediately announced the name of the place as though they hate the world. I politely said "Hello, Can I have one moment please?" I have never seen their menu, so needed a few seconds to check out their menu. I used to work across the street from this spot, I kinda liked it, kinda was meh about it, after leaving that job I still find myself driving a bit out of my way to pick up a burrito from here, nothing fancy, just an asada burrito or a breakfast burrito, some places go cheap on the meat but not this place, they hook you up, a nice amount of meat and a great balance of rice and beans, their salsa is extremely tasty and not too spicy that would make you regret the moment you pour it all, just enough kick to liven up your burrito. Purchased a Cocido de Res which turned out to be spoiled and didn’t eat. Contacted establishment and spoke to a rude young woman and specified I should have returned it same day because it spoiled in my home the very next day. Drove to show them the spoiled food and an older woman probably the owner refunded my money and blatantly told me not to return because she would not service me any longer. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve dealt with and serving spoiled food to customers who pay money for food is unethical and dishonest!!!
