Normally order from this location using my mobile app, picking up in drive through. When going in today to pickup my daughters order, which was placed on the app for pick up in the store at 5:41pm, I walked in and stood in line and waited quitely while checking the orders on the screen to see when my order would be called. While watching the interactions within the store, all the customers that were able to converse in spanish were greeted with smiles, their orders spoken out loud for them to pick them up and again with a smile, but anyone else placing their order in the store, was given a short bark of one item in their order and them an angry looking face holding their bag in the air waiting for them to come up, and the customers who spoke english would have to them read their order back to the person holding the fiod to verify if it was their order. I continued to watch and wait for my order stepped up twice to ask and when it wasnt my order stepped back, i still normally wouldn't complain or post just watch. But then when 15 mins hit, I informed the guy at the front counter that I'd been waiting almost 15 mins and wanted to know how much longer, he couldnt find my order and asked for it to be repeated to him twice!! Then he walks over to the food area as if he went to get it, but nope he's filling drive thru orders and the order of the other customer who'd just arrived 5 mins prior. So at 20 mins, I signal with my raised hand and walk to the counter to inform the one I assumed to be the manager that its been 20mins how much longer, the front counter worker tells him something in spanish shrugging gis shoulders as if he forgot I was there. The manager is told he doesnt know my order so I then have to repeat it again, 3 times, show him my receipt in my email, then again in the app because he doesnt believe my code should be 4 numbers it should be two letters and a number, I politely inform him again I ordered in the app to pick up in-store, he states I'll promo re-enter your order because it's not showing on the screen, (I say ok that's fine sweetpea) he has me repeat my order again and says 2 mins, walks away, and then at 25 mins the woman on front counter then holds up a bag and yells qtr pounder (she looks around with no smile) and asks again, so I ask the rest of the order and she snips out well what did you order, I list the order again she says this is yours, puts bag solidly on counter grabs a mcflurry w hot fudge per my order, and I asked ma'amcould you stir it so the chocolates not just sitting on the top using the mcdlurry stir machine to blend everything, she mumbles and walks of and I look around confused, like I asked a question?!? Then I speak louder, lo sietos que que, and everyone turns around I switch back to english and ask if I needed to speak in spanish to be treated decently or her to understand my question, she snaps back no i understand english i said ok, well I asked nicely if you could stir the mcflurry using the machine and she says ok and proceeds to stir a regular plastic spoon in it, I said I'm shocker I haven't been disrespectful or yelled at anyone, I've been more than patient why is that I feel if I came in speaking inly spanish I'd be treated better, this is horrible, the manager then stops helping who he was currently working with and shouts just give her whatever she wants, the woman states I did, I stirred it with the spoon, I then ask is the machine broken? Nevermind, I won't be back thank you, and I leave on the phone with my sister informing her this store is crazy. don't like anyone feeling isolated and treated differently because of any differences we may have. Being in that store, I have never felt so disrespected because this isnt the first time the attitude there has been like that, it's always between the hours of 4p and 8pm, so like myself I'd advise those who arent who they want to serve to choose another McDonald's. Read moreI'm tired of going to these fast food places and spending my money and asking for a milkshake at 11 at night at a 24-hour restaurant and being told they're not on or it's machines are being cleaned, but you can serve me breakfast 24 hours a day good thing I don't want a milkshake 8 in the morning I've talked to my friends and almost everyone all of them say the same thing I said about this restaurant and all of them like it at a certain time 10:11 p.m. at night so you might as well forget getting the milkshake from the place because of their employees are too damn lazy to make one and that's just pure fact and when I called corporate complaint and I was told that the machines are being cleaned every two weeks, right then I realized the customer care person bold-faced lied to me because I've been to that store three times in the last month all about 11 at night because that's when I go through there going home that their milkshake machine was being cleaned so for corporate to tell me that they're cleaned every two weeks and their store not to have it available three times in a month I sure am the most unluckiest person I know at getting a milkshake at 11pm. from a 24-hour store. I've complained about this to anyone that would listen and we all come up with the same conclusion they're just too lazy to make a milkshake after 11 at night or around 12 it's you're not getting one and if you find a store that has one let me know where you got it from I'll be glad to pay them a visit because this stores new and less than a month old and it has the same crappy service the rest of the older ones have if you own a 24-hour diner or business that serves food you should be ready to serve whatever's on your menu 24 hours a day especially if you're serving me breakfast at 3 in the afternoon why not sell me a milkshake at 12 at night because it takes an extra two minutes to make it besides push a button for eyes then another but for a Coke just pure lazy employees and that goes for management and owners because they would get one if they wanted one but a customer forget it you're out of luck. I asked anyone to give it a try and then call customer service and getting lied to you trust me this place and all of them like it are the same the best fast food restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of going to is (Chick-fil-A) the services is on the spot the place is immaculate and the employees treat you with courtesy and respect if you have a complaint they listen to it and they correct it. The most annoying thing is when you are coming by in the late evening time, and the manager is standing around, goofing off with the other employees as customers are waiting on their food .
They bump the orders from the board before they even deliver them and usually after a few minutes, they forget that they didn’t even bring the food out to a customer then customers have to remind them what their order was, simply because they remove the order too quickly from the board before delivering it!
Even more so the management has this tendency to lock the lobby up way before it’s even time to close as the lobby hours posted say 10 PM …
And it’s just ironic that they will lock the lobby up way ahead of time as they are goofing off and playing around watching videos on their phone. It says if they make up their own rules and disregard what they have posted!
This once was a good McDonald’s, but this current management is doing a really crummy job.
As far as the regular employees who are delivering orders out to customers and actually checking and doing what a manager is supposed to be doing, they do a relatively good job as much as they can.
But it’s so annoying when after five minutes you see your number is no longer on the board and all they are doing is just standing around goofing off and leaving you to wait around...
