They deserve no stars! They are scammers sold me a table without the legs. They asked if I wanted the receipt at the register and carried the table to the car. I live an hr away and came down specifically to buy the table that day. two days ago, I reported it to the Facebook posting that sent me to the address and went into the store today and the same gentleman was at the store location wanted to know why I didn’t report it. The day of I thought that I could go ahead and go onto lifetime website and order the table leg as a replacement instead of making a big deal at the store after finding out that I could not do so. I proceeded to go the next route, which was contact the person who sent me to the store originally that person was very rude. I’m assuming that he is the store manager I will be reporting this even further than a Google posting they scammed me out of a purchase by not offering a replacement leg and they do have a table at the store and they could’ve done so. I've shopped at this store twice & both times, it was a pleasant customer service friendly experience. The first time I visited, the older gentleman there assisted me & was very helpful in finding what I needed & with my questions. On my second visit, I was assisted by two younger men & they also were pleasant & very helpful. I was even able to find the very comforter blanket I've been looking everywhere for! All in all, I've enjoyed the shopping experience each time i go, they have some really cool stuff it's most def worth checking out. I'll continue to be a return customer...
